in regards to groups .. when's that going to be decided / organized? Or are we simply going to be assigned to groups as we arrive in Windsor?? Anything I can do to help ? (preferrably something involving lesbians and beer .. but seriously, if there is let me know)

BTW...weather looks good for cruising:

Morning - sydney:

Saturday Chance afternoon shower/thunderstorm.

City: Min: 17 Max: 26

West: Min: 15 Max: 31

Arvo - singleton:

Isolated afternoon showers and thunderstorms. Moderate southwest to southeast winds, turning northeast later in the day.

don't worry about the groups, we've just found that when you have more than 20 or 30 cars together you end up with a mobile traffic jam....100 would be a nightmare so we are just going to have groups leave a couple of minutes apart.

Don't forget to bring a full tank of fuel to the meet up! Its about 200klm up there let alone back so sort it out first. We won't be waiting for late arrivals who have to leave again to get fuel

See y'all at 9.30 tomorrow!

Forecast for Saturday

Partly cloudy. Chance of a shower but mostly fine. Moderate southerly winds tending southeast to northeast in the afternoon.

Precis: Mostly fine.

City: Min: 17 Max: 24

West: Min: 15 Max: 31

how about that weather forecast huh ? f**king melting here last couple of days and they're predicting showers for saturday. Will have to cancel if it rains ..don't trust these tyres in the wet one bit

I hope that it pisses down tonight so the water takes the oily residue away.

Otherwise, the weather appears to be more threatening later on in the arvo Denis.

Sure it helps to have good rubber. :P

    • I know people cry at the price of the Getrag 12-14k for a conversion now, but it really is a nice mid point. Not going to get change from 10k on a gearset installed.  $30k++ for sequential.   I know you run the risk of a damaged used one and parts are hard to get but as a street car gearbox its really hard to beat. If you enjoy a more traditional manual, its the choice no question.
