Used to be that way, it's not 3 points for over 10km/h.

The idea behind 3km/h is a threshold for incorrect speedos. According to the law you shouldn't be anywhere near the speed limit as it's just a limit and not the speed you're supposed to be doing, i.e. approximately 5km/h under according to TAC advertisements

think he was saying that he was tired from driving in the country town, so he didn't notice the sign. and apparently that lets him preach about dozing off at the wheel which could result in people going into trees.

christ. nooblet got a speeding fine for going 10 over. way to turn it into something totally non relevant.

i better not type any more, cos my key stroke could distract the fly that carries the bacteria which could mutate into zombie flu, making it land into my co worker's coffee, thus starting a chain of reactions that will result in a zombie apocalype.
