Maybe the police should start taking pictures of these hoons with their cars and posting them on the newspapers or online so they will feel embarrassed for their actions.

Dont know about the rest of Oz but up here in Darwin at one stage they did put pics of all drink drivers fined in the courts in the paper daily kinda name n shame stuff

Almost any manual car can do skids...factor in the tyres which people always forget. No tread + water/oil and it'll skid with no throttle at all
