Awesome...another win for Vettel...missed the race because I was flying overseas but extremely pleased with the results...what excuse does webber have this time?

he had to be the one who was driving the car

hence the lackluster performance

lol, all you Webber haters.

Have a look at his performance over the race start to finish, anyone saying he did a crap job is a moron, plain and simple.

And just to feed the haters, fastest lap of the race went to him BTW with a 1.40.571....no KERS.

In case it has been missed MW had no KERS from the start of the race so 80hp down off the line and no magic button to push on the straights all race (and it seems no DRS for the last couple of laps).

SV had KERS available for more than half the race but was advised to stop using it by his engineer.

While we are talking, he is doing.

I'd settle for his life, his drive and his "hackness".

No KERS - But he has the KERS weight - Given it failed on practice lap ;)

webz does seem to be the number 2 driver in terms of strategy this season with everything aimed at sebs getting the best and weebz testing new tyrs etc.

gonzo looked like he was trying to spin hamo with a poped tyre and it back fired. Who would expect the tyre to come of best when the wing hit it, im thinking that rounded from wing is what did him in, serves him right to. Happy to see jb posting some ace laps and owning it up. was expecting mclaren to push hamo forward but seems they can manage to have 2 competitive drives happening at the same time. if it were the last half of the season im sure they wouldn't be as free but it was nice to see.

The Canberra milky chin kid is amongst the best in the world in f1 yeah? When your that good it's hard to distinguish who's faster, usually it's who is with less "mistakes" on the day given the difference in performance of the cars? Imagining who's the best is players choice by that point?

I don't believe you can detract from any non rich kid getting a seat in f1 unless you can show they got their due to a rich "daddy's" cock in their mouth. There does seem to be some politics in the nationality of the drivers when it comes to securing funding but marks an ausy dealing with the pacific peso back then.

lol of course I'd take his life in a second. let's just not pretend he is the best driver in the world just because he is the australian on the grid. eh?

lol. Certainly not the best driver, but he is a damn sight better than the majority of the F1 field.

While on the subject of Webz, I'm calling Redbull shenanigans for the first 5-6 races of the season... just long enough to have Vettle with an insurmountable lead as the #1 driver on the team, thus alleviating themselves of any of last years "issues". :whistling:

    • Haha, i kow right? Could have bought so many cars for the same amount of money (or less) but driving Unicorn gives you at least +1mln to style 😅. Like wise man said "life's to short to drink cheap wine and drive boring cars" 😉
    • Newbie here, proud owner of an Autech 260RS. I'm on the hunt for wiring diagrams specific to the 260RS, particularly S1. I've ran my eyes through R33, R34 Diagrams, there are some similarities, however continue to find incorrect wire colours and pins on connectors in the 33,34 diagrams.   I was hoping someone could point me in the right direction? I'd be happy to pay for the originals in Japanese. I can translate them, at least they would be accurate.   Any help please would be greatly appreciated, never heard an RB26DETT before let alone driven one, and I've got a spaghetti monster of goodness to sort out.   Cheers Benny
    • Hey all  im wondering if you can help me please I have put a rb20 box in my r34 gtt as my auto packed up and a friend had a spare box I know it’s not ideal but it will get me up and running for now. we have done the conversation and everything is working great but my Speedo we got a s13 speed sensor but my Speedo reads double now and I bought a speed converter but still not having any luck.  so I thought I’ll reach out and pick your brains  any help would be appreciated please as I wanna drive my car again
    • Drain it. I got official Matic D but you can get whatever is listed as Matic D compatible.
    • Thanks guys,  Yeah I should at least have them dynoed, at least then I know what I've got as a starting point.  The springs on these are hard as rocks. I vaguely remember Russman saying he was going to sell the shocks to me with the rocks fitted, as he was keeping the softer springs for his new setup.  I didn't click at the time but of course that was to let me know the shock/spring wouldn't be matched.  I also remember pricing up new springs around 2014-15, but, house, money etc. it never happened. So that was another reason to have them rebuilt. I have rebuilt the forks on many motorcycles so I think I could handle the seals on these easily enough, but getting the valving right would be a rabbit hole I cbf exploring.  Duncan, interesting to hear RP was tuning these back then. I might give them a call.  In the mean time I have been busy fitting sway bars. The Whiteline rear sway bar I purchased 15 years ago finally got fitted, along with the Whiteline front bar that showed up last week. Just waiting on new links for the front sway bar to finish that off.  And my spare set of advan AVS VS5's should be back from the powder coaters in a Pearl White finish sometime this week, with a set of Hankook RS4's lined up for fitting.  And then I just have all the suspension bushes to do. A comprehensive kit is on the way... Lots to do before the Ararat hill climb. Cheers guys 🍻
