Got mine tuned today. 380rwhp @ 17psi. We had problems all over the place getting it running, once those were sorted then had issues with trying to tune it with the ECU not playing the game with the TPS. The guys did an awesome job in the end and we called it a day as just run out of time.

So thats the T67 with antisurge, NZ manifold, Tial 44mm MVR, Stock inlet manifold/TB and 98 oct.

Will post a sheet when i get it, was in a rush to get home so forgot it. Haven't driven it yet, just got home as i live 3hrs from the tuners and she's still on the trailer.

thats good to hear the anti-surge worked for you, it was most probably just my car didn't like the Anti-Surge cover for some weird reason.

I know a few evo's & sti's run the anti-surge cover without any hiccups as well.

Did you try a higher boost setting or didn't have time to go past 17?

Yeah just run out of time, held the poor tuner back late as it was :(

It seems to have, still yet to drive it to gauge response etc.

hahhaha yeah I ment the Patrol, I wasn't paying attention when I left my work at the other end of the street and nearly drove into it lol. I'm real bright some arvo's hahahah

Dont worry, when ive finished a night shift and i drive the 5k's home i could easily run into something then just fall asleep.

Was yours a T67 as well?

Took it for a quick spin yesterday, has some oil leaks from the oil cooler blocks. Pretty laggy, gate doesn't open till over 4k, then just pulls hard to the limiter if ur not quick, the sound so far is cool, I think because it's laggy it won't horn me for a while. When it goes back for more fine tuning we'll see if we can get it on earlier.

so after a few hours of reading and not finding the answers i was after, does anyone have results of the tdo6 20g sl2 on a rb25 with external gate low mount on pump gas?i would love to see sum dyno results if possible.cheers

no worrys jez will do.its definatly the way im gunna go just seems to be alot of talk about the t67 and how well it performs.i might need to do sum more reading to find sum more info on the td06.

231 pages...so much crap talk in the thread yes, but guessing the question has been asked and answered every 5 pages means its been asked and answered over 50 times. ie, Kando dont do any such turbo. Go look at high flows from whoever you fancy for hiflows

What kando turbo can people reccomend for my r33. Im after an intenally gated with 6 bolt dump to chase around 250ish rwkw.

Also prices would be handy. Thanks

kando need aftermarket manifold, external gate, dump pipe and etc. For bolton turbos look into hypergear's turbo thread.

    • The incentives are mostly the same, yes. Ethanol is cheap compared to the cost of doing 98-100 RON with crude oil alone. 87 to 93-94 AKI all with E10. In 2020 Canada mandated E10 as a part of their "renewable fuel standard" and is supposedly going to go to E15 in 2030. In California where there are only 8 refineries with two threatening to shut down next year it's been over 20 years now of E10 and 91 AKI maximum because there's just not enough refinery capacity or crude oil supply relative to the demand for premium unleaded fuel. And CARB's low carbon fuel standard means functionally none of the diesel available at the pump is made from crude oil anymore. It's almost all entirely 20% biodiesel blended with 80% renewable diesel (hydrotreated vegetable oil) now. The number of gasoline vehicles that support E15 or higher ethanol concentrations is surprisingly low, I can't imagine it being wise to play tricks like this without flex fuel sensors in most of the fleet.
    • It's almost certainly the same as the one next to it. • South Australia, which is hardly as far behind as the rest pf Oz makes out, and who is also not a paragon of progressiveness (read that as over-legislation) in the area of vehicle standards, has this to say on the subject: Adjustable coil-over suspension Aftermarket adjustable coil-over suspension components are suspension units that incorporate an external thread on the main body and corresponding threaded spring saddle that allows the vehicle's suspension height to be varied. If fitting aftermarket or coil-over suspension components you must submit an Application to modify a light motor vehicle form and a report from a light vehicle engineering signatory (LVES).
    • Hi all, Long time since I've posted here. Looking for some advice on what I can remove to further identify the cause of my issues.  I can move the passenger seat forward and back but the knob used to adjust the seat angle is pretty much free spinning, there's very little resistance.  Removing the side cover I can see that the chain is intact but the shaft for the adjustment spins without the gear attached to it moving.  What's my next step for disassembly here? Is this a common fault? Just being a little cautious as I didn't want to start removing bolts for a spring to fly out or something equally as stupid.  Cheers
    • Those above shitboxes, mediocre and above usually have a turbo strapped to them, hence the slightly higher octane is required.
