Damn your so funny, you should join the comics club.

Better then driving a car around when you can't use the potential on the street,

Makes you a showoff attention seeker

Cus breaking road rules on numerous occasions getting dicked and then posting it on an internet forum makes you not an attention seeker doesn't it?

As for potential you can't use on the street, my old excel could get up to 160(on a closed road ;)). You cant use that on the street, it's still a little hatchback and in no way built for performance. Stop acting like a f**kwit and pull ya head in or buy a Commodore.

Easy Peasy.

I lost 11 points in 13 months in a NA R33. Then I bought a 300hp GTSt, lasted a year until I lost my remaining point. 3 months suspension. In the year that has followed, I've lost 2 more points cos I sped up through a yellow light in my 1.6L Mazda 323 daily.

OP your a f**khead.

Australia should adopt the 3 strike rule... in this case: 3 loss's of licence for the same reason - no licence for life.

he didn't learn the lesson from the first 2 penalties, he never will.

It's probably best policy Richee that our parents just give us what we need rather than what we want.

I know we're coming off Christmas, but as a parent, I've stuffed up many a time.

When I was 18 I lost 6 points in one hit in a S13 NA. Was like a kick in the teeth.

I figured if I keep driving like that I would probably lose my license pretty quickly. That was 6 years ago and I've never lost a point since, despite owning another 3 imports.

That's how I see lessons are well learnt. Perhaps if I hadn't learnt a lesson back then, who knows what kind of horrible things could have happened?

Ok, I did 100km in a 4 Lane in a 70 zone, at 12am when no one is around, sounds like 'common sense speeding'? Not really no, 75km in a 70 yes

You think i go around the city drifting and speeding ? You could, but if i had your record i probably wouldn't

Cool. Have this on good authority, people who use the word "cool" are often not "cool".

And iif you think even 99% of the people on this forum never gunned it somewhere before.....Yea mate, they are called on-ramps and the speed limit changed from 50 to 100.

Well think again, cos i'm pretty sure i've seen a f**kload of clowns from SAU hoon before. Maybe? Define a "f**kload" not really familiar with that unit of measurement but surely it must have something to do with clowns?

You're all just a bunch poofs over the forum.. Even in real life you know you have to give your a car a bit of a boot and you're all here flaming me cos i got unlucky twice?

I lost it 3 times cos i went over points and once 25km over = 1 month licence loss.....Not flaming but "Feedback", why didn't the magistrate do the same? Mine told me to do 40 hours of community service for driving without due care, i was 17 at the time tho and wiped out a VR commo on private property(footy oval). However, I LEARNT FROM MY MISTAKE!

And for you nerds that only Race on the "Track".

Go buy a hyundai excel for a daily, save yourself thousands of dollars on petty and getting defected etc. and use it as a track car. Good thinking but if anyone asks it was my idea tho.

Cos i'm pretty sure you bananas' cars aren't even EPA Legal, you're f**king polluting the planet, you're still no f**king good, its still illegal, bunch of hypricrits. Ever seen a coal power station in operation? In some way or another we are ALL POLLUTING THE PLANET JUST BY EXISTING IN TODAYS SOCIETY.

Put your emotions away they will only work against you in the real world.

England basically set it so you lose your licence and you will pay more $$$ for or not get 3rd party bodily insurance = no drivey, legally anyways.

im kinda torn here between feeling sorry for the guy and being amazed at his stupidity.

My ability to empathise has an inverse relationship with the number of speeding tickets i have had and the fact i lost my licence once back in 07' ish.

I understand how tempting it is to let loose on an open road in a high powered car, even professionals like lewis hamilton and a journo in a fezza out in WA recently have not been able to resist the devil on their shoulder even while im sure they both had common sense in spades we all make mistakes.

However since that rather harsh rap on my knuckles im yet to receive another ticket and am only weeks away from all 12 (13?) points again finally. So please dude, if your still on here try not to take all the criticism personally and eat a bit of humble pie re your mistakes.

I know what i did was 'fun' but im also more than willing to admit that doing 160 along syd enfield drive (albeit 3 lanes, one am etc) was off the charts dumb and would never attempt anything like it again..

i dont know about all the 'get a bike, dont drive for 50 yrs comments' they arent realistic or helpful but definitely dont drive during the suspension period as you will get caught eventually and when your back on the road as from your enthusiasm you will be the very day your licence is intact (i know i was) please, for all our sakes, take it easy.

peace.

i guess thats the steriotype that comes with the car , you just have to power through the crap if you really love your car. That's assuming you wern't actually doing something wrong.

At the end of the day, if if theres nothing "wrong" with your car in the legal sense, you've got nothing to hide.

???????????????????????

You sound so fqn stupid. You Retard. You're telling me i can go litter everywhere cos everyone else does it?

It doesn't make it right you goose, the fact is its still illegal. Whether its doing a burnout or littering its still illegal, shut your mouth.

Lol this thread is full of laughs.

Seriously why ask a question then go off your chops at people saying that if you own a "skyline" you should drive it hard, doesn't mean we are old if we respect our cars and not rape the tits off it all the time. I for one have put alot of time and money into my project to drive it like i stole it and get picked up by the cops 3 times to loose my licence, i think it come down to your lack of driving experience and your own stupidly to speed and be a tool on the road.

It's people like you why the police target us that respect and are general car enthusiasts.

    • Yea that's a fair assumption. I'm presuming they call them solid lifters as they have no moving parts like hydro lifters.
    • I believe you're confusing WMI with water injection. Looking at that graph, the 93aki+WMI car is making more power than C16 race gas. Boost juice, which is what I also run, is Snow Performances 50/50 premix.
    • GCG is a good company, they're a major distributor for Garrett in Japan as well.
    • Nah, OEM washer bottle and brake fluid reservoirs are fine I don't know what it is with the plastic that Mazda used, some plastics, like the washer bottle and brake fluid res are fine, and still look new after 20 years use, where as the coolant expansion tank, and PS reservoir, that I replaced with new OEM items when I first got the car, turned yellow and started getting brittle a few years later If the dirty yellow stained plastics didn't trigger me there wouldn't be an issue, but they did, much like the battery bracket....... Meh As for going back to work full time to support car stuff, nope, why, because I own a Mazda NC MX5, not a Nissan R series Skyline 🤣
    • I've never heard of CJ-motor, so can't advise you on them. I'd just go straight to GCG for a GCG highflow though. Seems no point to use a middleman. I'm somewhat surprised that the price on the CJ site is lower than the GCG retail price. Even though CJ would get a discount of some sort, you would hardly expect them to give up so much margin. Maybe the price is out of date? Having said that "I'd go to GCG"...when I did my highflow, I went to Hypergear. I did this https://hypergearturbos.com/product/rb25dethighflow/#tab-dyno-results with the R34 OP6 450HP profile. With the BB centre (extra $400) and intially with the standard boost actuator, but I eventually got him to send me the high pressure one when I got to the point of being able to actually use it. Ends up costing the same sort of money as the GCG highflow, but this is, of course, the turbo that I KNOW has a shorter length core and so moves the comp cover rearwards. The GCG apparently doesn't do that. My mechanic also swears by the GCG highflow, given that we have another turbo rebuilder who does something essentialy the same as theirs, using Garrett wheels. He says it stands up at really low revs and makes good power. I haven't pushed my HG highflow past ~240-250rwkW yet (should have a little more in it, but unclear how much) and it does have a fairly gentle boost ramp. OK, it's much better now that I have gotten my boost controller tuned up on it.  A lot of my earlier unhappiness was because I couldn't keep the wastegate flap as closed as it needed to be (including some mechanical issues). I'd still prefer it to boost up nearly as quickly as the stocker, and it certainly a bit slower than that. So maybe the GCG one is worth the first look (for you).
