Will 18 x 9.5 +30 fit ok?

I know the GTR rims fit fine and they are 9.0 +30....

Dont want to buy rims that dont fit...again!

I would stick to 9 inch +30, mine stuck out a little on the front and were nearly rubbing on the inside but they are 17's.

I must admit, it makes the car handle the corners well with the 9 inch rims with semi's but the refinement I have now with the 8 inch + 235 road tyres makes up for it. No hint of tramlining or noise, good grip, its only the softer sidewalls causing it to feel a bit squirmy turning a tight radius corner.

Can anyone vouch for the accuracy of this site?

Apparently if I go 245/45/18 x 9.5 +30 it'll be the same (clearance wise) as my stock 215/55/17 x 7 +45 setup...and it'll stick out 30mm

please clarify

i have been told from numerouse mag wheel dealers that 9.5 on the stagea is to wide and will creat issues

i am looking at dropping my m35 on some BC BR coilovers and running big break kits witch mean ill be running 19 inch mags

so what size width mags can i get with 19s? that i can use on the stagea that wont rub 8.5s or 9s

if i get a spacer does that mean i can go wider ?

with offset does a - or a + offset mean a bigger dish etc

or do u guys recomend 18s for the stagea

Spoolin12 , is running 19x9.5 at what must be around+20 odd now. At +30 his were still under the guards... Just. The tops tuck in more the lower you go.

He'd be the man to talk to, as I think his rims are probably the widest and the most aggressive offsets on here.

+ or - doesn't mean anything with regard to dish; only offset. However, the closer to a -ve offset you go; the better chance of dish.

He told me he was running +40's? so he must've been running a 10mm spacer...

Guess my 9.5 +12 LE37's ain't gonna fit without guards being rolled!

What brand/model rims did Spoolin run?

    • @GTSBoy This method was able to get readings of -10 to -2, so it looks like its monitoring.  Now I need to figure out why the vacuum on the line provided isn't alternating with manifold pressure.  I went with 2 lines that an RB25 tuner recommended but I'll get a longer hose and try directly off the back of the manifold.  He may have been used to OEM intake setups while I have a DBW setup that removed the MAF and IACV.
    • I work at a car detailing and tinting shop called Quark which gets all manner of German cars in usually (mainly due to a contract with Mercedes Benz Kita Osaka, BMW Nishinomiya and others) but every once in a while something special comes in, like a fully restored 1972 HS30 Nissan Fairlady 240ZG... The shop owner had immediately started applying film to the windows as soon as it was in the shop so the interior was completely covered in towels and plastic sheets. But I could get a few photos of the engine bay which was restored like new. Such an amazing car to see in pristine condition in Japan these days.
    • Was going to say the car pulls up nicely everywhere, especially going into that last long right hander before the main straight. Looks like a lot of fun.
    • Hey Dave, welcome aboard! Good to see another soon-to-be Stagea owner here. The wagons are awesome — plenty of space, still got that Skyline DNA, and loads of potential if you’re into mods. Definitely post up pics when you get it, everyone here loves seeing new builds. What model/year are you looking at?
