i am amazed at the fact that 11 skylines managed to not get fined for speeding.. that means there were just cruising

Well the officer told them if they were to leave - nobody would be defected or EPA'd.

Turns out that was a lie and people are now getting EPA's in the mail - which is a no-proof based defect. Bit pathetic.

I've been informed however that my response will be published on 8th March.

He didn't say that explicitly, but that was certainly the vibe we got from him.

What is most annoying is that one guy was let off an obvious defect (height) with a warning, yet others are copping far more dubious EPA notices :\

You can't drive your car on the road, that's...why that's...illegal! I'm sure of it. What? No laws against doing that? Well, I'll just find an arbitrary law that you and 99% of people on the road are breaking everyday, that'll teach you something.
