I can link you to a picture? :P

I buy mine locally, I don't know of any online stores, though I'm sure there are plenty.

That is a great help :P

Haha hey man, you managed to piece together the rest of this fiiiiine automobile without me linking you to each part!

Hey you went to that Haltech tech-night that JEM put on awhile ago yeh? Was it good?

Yeah well i got it this far i guess

And as for the JEM night.... Ill link you to a picture of it :P

It wasnt a Haltech night, it was just about dyno tuning and a bunch of other stuff!

I just ended up wrapping mine with some silver exhaust wrap. Should be right now.

You must end this obsession with black. I have the urge to swap out just one Dash fitting for a Red/Blue item when your not looking!

Also, the ACL ceramic cored aluminium heatshield can be painted with a high temp paint if necessary.

In black for example. :whistling:

Haha you sir are a good man!!!

I have that on my turbo oil return. That shit is excellent, expensive, but top notch. Slide it over anything sus like turbo water lines, oil feeds/returns etc.

I think you produce a lot more heat than me even at low boosts, when we compared temps at Texi.

I just radiate heat baby

So it looks like the seat rail situation will be sorted soon, unfortunately if i use the sliders which i probably will, its doesnt get the seat any lower in the car :/ So no real advantage in terms of seating position BUT the seats will have more hugginess or whatever you call it over the standard GTT seat, as comfy as they are, they have seen better days...

On the weekend i decided to jack the car up and suss out some stuff in the front end, turns out i will be doing Tie rod ends as they are pretty ordinary, lower control arm bushes and ball joints and also work out what to do with the upper camber arms, will likely leave the bushes in, however its apart now so will do some research in terms of options to see if any improvements can be made!

I also found the tyre was contacting more that i thought under large bumps etc and has started chewing away at stuff -

IMG_6451_zpsac47d74f.jpg

Will raise the front of the car and also roll the front guards in an attempt to fix some of this contact being made! Also going to try run the 255/35 tyre up front as its wider but roughly 5mm less in diamter, i dont think this will mess with the ABS but i guess ill find out!

Also, while i remember i should post up these graphs.....

This is the HTA on normal high boost (25ish psi) vs an all out run with max boost screwed in (28ish psi) -

HTA76HivsMax_zps575f0e01.jpg

You can see there is no real gain in overall power from the higher boost level which shows the HTA wheel is basically out of puff!

This is the high and low boost run from last Saturday when we were having some ignition troubles -

PowerrunsHilo_zps6c300db8.jpg

Still makes more power on 20psi that it did on the old GT turbo at 24psi :D

    • Hi from Canada, Both of my calipers are starting to fail. My car is a 2005 M35 Stagea ARX and I can't seem to find any parts or any cross reference caliper that would fit my car. Is there a company or a similar caliper that would fit and I could replace the OEM one. Or if anyone knows where I can find a new OEM. Any help is very appreciated. Let me know!
    • Maf is a question mark but TPS  I have set at 0.47, the fact that I’m getting proper voltage range out of it with the key on leads me to believe it’s functioning properly. I’m getting proper voltages on basically everything. I still need to look up voltage ranges for z32 maf and test that
    • Honestly no not at all, but it’s a very basic tune, it’s stock injectors q45 tps and z32 maf. Other than that it’s a completely stock base map. The file is from nistune and from my understanding if it was tune related I would be able to unplug maf and tps and it would still start even if it was a really shitty start. I have tried starting it with coolant temp, maf, and tps unplugged none of those 3 togethor or individually changes anything

    • What does it look like with highway driving? And yes, I had a similar thought as Duncan. It looks quite similar in my Stagea and I have made myself accept it as normal. Might have to look into it some day   Highway gets as low as 10l/100km on my end so I'm not as worried about it being a mechanical issue. More likely just the tune on the haltech.
