Its called being wise.

I can't see the logic behind spending enourmous amount of money on your girlfriend unless its your wife, then you're sharing incomes together.

If you want to go out and joy some time together, get her to pay for the bill every now and then. If you're having to pay over 60-75% of the time, shes using you and most likely screwing some one else behind your back.

If your in a r/ship and you know the person then by all means spend to your hearts content.

But if your just dating and your paying for everything and diamonds, and you know at the bottom of your heart she wouldn't be with you if you didn't. Time to grab the parachute I say.

In a modern day society where women have occupied almost half of the work force, especially the service sector, men don't really need to dish out for women anymore. If she has a stable, secure income, you shouldn't be paying for anything for her. She's more than capable enough to pay for her own shit.

Not to brag or anything but.. i have met and fondled with girls that had a boyfriend treating her like a princess.

Agreed. It is very context and situationally dependant. But even if you are in a relationship, you still don't want to be buying absolutely anything and everything or you will turn her into a cash cow and she will expect gifts etc. all the time. It's all about happy mediums...surprises here and there. I don't think I'd ever let a girl pay for dinner though, even my female friends that I take out for dinner on occasion I always offer to pay and they force me not to.

And I don't care how independant women want to get, how much they earn, they will still naturally be attracted to a man who can give them security both physically and financially. What's $40-50 worth of dinner for a date anyway? Think of it as an investment on the sex you may or may not get later.

      Bit difficult to follow. Have a look below and see what the standard R32 layout was like. Note there was a restrictor in place immediately before "turbocharged pressure control solenoid" that, if removed, magically got you 1 bar boost.

      I might be way off the mark here.. there must be a T junction under the manifold. That takes manifold pressure through a check valve prior to the T, one side splits out to this bleed off orifice, the other straight to the wastegate actuators.

      Carrying out some engine due diligence before my first drive in a 260RS that has been in storage for 10+ years, and found two lines that are susposed to be plumbed into the boost control solenoid. One of the lines (the wastegate boost supply line) to actuate the gates, had a bolt in one end blocking it. The other line (main boost signal line) from the very rear of the intake manifold (RB26DETT) and runs up to the boost controller had this pill in the end of it as seen in photos. Other than the obvious (T28 Ceramic turbos might well be cooked)  Can anyone shed any light on if there is any validity at all with this mod, bleeding a constant fixed rate of manifold boost pressure off through this 3mm hole?  Is it deliberate?  Was this a 90s Jap mod done to RB26's? Or has someone just fitted this without any idea of what happens to ceramic T28s if they are not gate controlled?
