I understand the rocking up to work bit, I use to feel a bit weird when people stared / greased me off in my old car still that wasn't the main reason I sold it I just couldn't be f**ked with the cop stress around Knox and as you said got over driving it.

Whats the chances of a work car? wouldn't they let you know when you started?

dem rims: what are they?

Yeh should be getting one soon but haven't been made aware of when it's quite annoying

No stamp duty between spouses - everyone else gets reemed by the long arm of the sro

Pretty sure that's the rules.

Wasn't given ya shit brah was just answering a question..

Fwiw stamp duty will be way more than 10k

no offence taken dude lol. i just didnt ask the question as hamish said, if stamp duty is all I really have to pay to put the house in my name - it kind of(sort of) cancels out what was already paid by current tennants..right? in any case not fussed, if dad decides to keep it its not like I've made such a lost that i'd need to go bankrupt.

go bug them for it.

well part of it that my probation goes for 6 months(as per germany) and that finished on the 26th of this mont. so will bug them then.

on another note, ive now taken on the Remarketing side of ALL of our repossessions, and doing all the valuations and oversee each car/truck/van/etc that comes in.

and doing Vendor stuff through pickles/manheim/greys etc interesting to say the least.

I wonder if I enter the nats this year what cars I'll come up against in the standard rwd class, if Nissans are running anything other than oem turbo then that's counted as modified class? I might be able to win some trophies :D

Dynamic Performance Engineering (DPE) Wheels.

The Porsche was supplied / owned by Vogue Auto Design (VAD) but had RWB Japan to work its signature wide-body customisation to it.

Well standard RWD class in the SAU VIC Motorsport champsionship you can highflow but only one of injectors, fuel pump.

So pretty limited to ~230rwkw anyway.

Have fun with your trophy lol

Thats what I thought lol, skylines will be easy to beat but wondering if anything else is going to challenge? (for airport anyway)

Definitely need some NT05s by then though

You going up?

I might need to buy some NT05's soon too. Pending on how the Invo's hold up with the new turbo

Nah don't think i'll be able to make it this year

depending on how you drive is dependant on how the invo's hold up.

but definitely better times will come out of better tyres.

no longer a daily then?

Still a daily, as I have no other car lol

Yeah will see how it goes when I install the turbo, May need to feed the throttle out of corners when I track it

    • Not sure the US can import anything other than the C34 Stagea's, but if you can and you need to to tow, DO NOT under any circumstances get an M35 Stagea. If it is just as a family car and your country/state allows it, absolutely and definitely get an M35 (3.5L if possible as it is effectively a 350Z) over a C34.
    • Punch your VIN (nm35-xxxxxx) into Amayama.com You can see everything there quite easily.
    • Thanks for that, I'll check it all out. I can always do the brakes last anyway if its a problem.  The 16's are super cool, if they do fit I'll cruise around with them for a bit.
    • Well, that's kinda the point. The calipers might interfere with the inside of the barrels 16" rims are only about 14" inside the barrels, which is ~350mm, and 334mm rotors only leave about 8mm outboard for the caliper before you get to 350, And.... that;s not gunna be enough. If the rims have a larger ID than that, you might sneak it in. I'd be putting a measuring stick inside the wheel and eyeballing the extra required for the caliper outboard of the rotor before committing to bolting it all on.
    • OK, so again it has been a bit of a break but it was around researching what had been done since I didn't have access to Neil's records and not everything is obvious without pulling stuff apart. Happily the guy who assembled the engine had kept reasonable records, so we now know the final spec is: Bottom end: Standard block and crank Ross 86.5mm forgies, 9:1 compression Spool forged rods Standard main bolts Oil pump Spool billet gears in standard housing Aeroflow extended and baffled sump Head Freshly rebuilt standard head with new 80lb valve springs Mild porting/port match Head oil feed restrictor VCT disabled Tighe 805C reground cams (255 duration, 8.93 lift)  Adjustable cam gears on inlet/exhaust Standard head bolts, gasket not confirmed but assumed MLS External 555cc Nismo injectors Z32 AFM Bosch 023 Intank fuel pump Garret 2871 (factory housings and manifold) Hypertune FFP plenum with standard throttle   Time to book in a trip to Unigroup
