Nice man, how you finding them? and yeah forgot to mention you will notice the drop in height straight away :P

yeah much more solid. Had to remove the fire extinguisher as it no longer fits under the drivers seat. Need to get that plate which was in a thread somewhere.

Will have to test it out through some twisties but feels good so far.

On another note; did Patient 0 real life zombie shooting on the weekend. Good fun if anyone is interested.

do any of those mirrors work or is it just mine that are useless? always have to turn on the bike to look behind/blind spots might aswell take em off...

Bike mirrors are never fantastic. I always headcheck anyway. One thing that helps with blindspots is to angle the mirror further in rather than out...you end up with less field of vision from the mirror, but the small view you do get is more useful / can see directly behind you.

It's the arms that block the vision, so the best view you'll ever get from bike mirrors, particularly on sports bikes, is elbows tucked and leaning on the tank AKA racing position - can see everything doing this.

Or get bar end mirrors, which stick out much wider therefore better field of vision...but look like shit on anything other than cruisers/nakeds...

Where is it actually done? Was thinking of organising for a mate's bucks, but logistics will decide...

Its in broadmeadows, a bit of a drive though.

In all honesty, you would want a team of 6 who know each other very well and all play games. Cause if they dont take it seriously and just wander round laughing at the actors then it ruins the whole immersion factor.

We had two randoms (friends of friends) on our team and they walked off doing their own shit.

Also need a strong team leader who can keep the pace up and keep everyone in line else people start to wander around etc

Bit overwhelming doing it once because everyone wants to do their own shit haha

I already done that!

I wanna do it again, thinking sometime in Jan.

Gotta find Trixi and destroy the traitor.

    • I can see between the water jacket and cyl 3 there wasn't a hard line of combustion gas. It certainly appears that the issue is coming from there. Yes, checked the tension. All at 100ft lbs where I set them 5 years ago. These blocks can crack but generally when they have been over bored. Mine is only 0.5mm oversize at 89.5mm. They break between cylinders around the 91mm mark. No sign of that with mine. My gut feeling is the head gasket lifted a while back when the studs stretched and i bandaided it by retorquing the studs. It's finally let go.

    • Yes, but, I paid cash and I'm pretty sure the receipt was in the bin 10 minutes after I got home Note to self, keep all receipts

    • So, version 4 intake is on its way I was looking at these a while ago but at around $200 or more it was a little pricey for something that might not work, but, I had it in my watch list, but, I got a message saying it was on special, and I had a code thingie to use, it eventually came in at $120 delivered, so BAM, BUY NOW.....LOL I'll need to have a look when it arrives but I feel it will "look" better than what I currently have, as it comes with a PCV fitting, so I will be able to get rid of the alloy pipe that goes to the throttle body with the PCV fitting  Well, that's what the voices in my head are telling me  Oh, and this happened today Yeap, it was a Trojan, and it was cheap, so I headed back to the hardware store and actually spent a little bit more on a heavy duty,  one that was actually recommended by a plumber mate, a Cyclone one with a fibreglass handle that is actually rated for clay The broken shovel will eventually be "modified" into a short handle shovel
