In light of everything that has been happening pro fabrication as a whole will be changing hands this coming week with a new owner.

The bussiness has grown to something I am unable to manage, fabricate, account keep, market etc etc so the time has come to do something about it and get it back on track.

There is to be a new owner who has already employed a full time workshop manager and a 2nd fabricator.

I will be staying on as a fabricator and this change will allow me to go back to the core of what I do best.

Now part of this exchange involves squaring off all the outstanding issues that are surrounding the business. Be it self inflicted or externally influenced.

I will make this very clear. Those who are unhappy email me your concerns and your proposed solution & between the new owner and myself we will be rectifying all concerns in the coming week or two one by one as a part of the bussiness sale agreement.

Fatz your issue had nothing to do with profabrication it was a personal deal and will be sorted by myself.

Nick your cylinder head I'm fairly sure was also a personal dealing??

Despite the issues as of late there is no denying by anyone that for years I have been supplying this community with quality cages and alloy work with far more happy customers than unhappy ones.

I want to thank everyone who has ever supported me and the bussiness it has been a tremendous roller coaster and the new owner has more plans to further expand the bussiness.

Hopefully in time people from this community realise this has been a tough time for myself and will be prepared to give us their work again knowing things are in control again.

To this who have been extending the hated towards myself and the business I'd also like to thank you.....

You've given me the drive to sell off the bussiness and change my lifestyle which needed to happen. I've been stressed for years over the workshop its had its ups and downs. Now my life can have some consistency and ill still be able to do what I love doing.

The new owner of the bussiness at this stage is unknown to the SAU community but is certainly not a stranger to the performance car industry.

For those wanting to contact the workshop there will be a new landline number in the coming week which lll be happy to notify people off.

So that is the solution for the bussiness current issues and I'd ask those involved to be patient over the next week or so as we arrange refunds and deliveries etc.

Pro fabrication

Looking like more bullshit.

i can confirm

there are new business owners

and a good team working there

do the "new" owners know how much the business owes because regardless they now have to front the cost to pay back and what not if it goes legal!

which it should people!

Frosty, that purely depends on how the sale was done. Any smart business person would purchase such as to avoid purchasing any debt at the same time. (buy all items of property, client base, and trading name, but not the ABN).

Either way, everyone affected is still in a bad position.

CTTT costs very little to utilise, I'd suggest you all make some calls and do some reading as I did, start getting your paperwork sorted and copies of any supporting docs you need then lodge a claim.

No idea, I don't work for them and I took action well before any of that became an issue - by calling them.

I suggest you call them and ask them about your particular situation rather than relying on Internet advice.

CTTT Hearing ie; mediation

Defendant enters an agreement to pay, if the defendant fails to pay agreed amount then the full amount becomes due

Garnish the bank account/s and % of any earned salary from employer.

Send the sherrifs in to collect personal assets/goods to the value of the agreed debt

Defendant declares bankruptcy

Don't ask me how I know this, right/wrong place right/wrong time - but some guy said on the site that Rajab is the master of RB's - the wasteland guys got a hold of it. There was also some other guy that knew a guy that was saying "praise rajab" every time something went good. I think the two have now been put together and the wasteland now has a demi rajab supreme ruler.

Edit: well you see its made it into the forum filter - writing a-llah, or g-od now becomes rajab

unless brad and the new owner did so and letters, documents of intent, tax decs etc were provided, they are held accountable. Further to that the business will become accountable and thus not directly brad leaving the new owners to debt/bankruptcy.

personally i dont think that is the case and this is a front to hide exactly that....

Wow this thread was an interesting read. If I was a customer of this guy and knew where he worked, I would have paid him a couple of visits by now!

Remember, if it was a cash job you never existed :ninja:

    • Does it also misfire equally when revving?   Josh is very correct in what you should do. The coilpack harness wiring loom itself is a known problem due to its age and the number of heat cycles it has gone through. Throwing parts at a vehicle to diagnose the issue isn't a smart or good way to do it. Secondly, you may have a bad coil pack, you pop replacements in, they fix that issue, but messing with the harness breaks it, so the issue persists. So now you think "well it wasn't the coil packs" and have to continue chasing your tail, potentially swapping back in your shit coil packs and returning the good ones (yes, I've seen people do this because 'it wasn't the problem' and they want to save money). And suddenly, you've got two issues with the same symptoms...   Diagnose, don't use the spare parts shotgun.
