GTSBoy
I was going to say, almost regardless of what specific turbos and other minor mods, surely you're going to get told to buy some ID1000s simply because they will still work really well even at half their capacity and will provide you the room to use E85 if you get a hankering. Way too big!I was thinking 600 - 700 Looking at 350kw at wheels Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/418792-injectors-for-my-gtr/#findComment-6726864 Share on other sites
wedge_r34gtr
Way too big! I was thinking 600 - 700 Looking at 350kw at wheels Theres a fair difference between -5 & -7. -7's won't get you to 350kw without E85. I suggest getting the serial number off the turbo and working out what you have. ID1000's are a good injector choice as they allow headroom for further upgrades. However 600's will give you 350awkw on 98 no worries...i'm about to put up a brand new set of nismo 600cc's for sale if your interested. GTSBoy
Not way too big. As I said, according to the experience of others, they will work just fine, even if only loaded to 50% of capacity. Do a google search or a search on here for the terms "ID1000" and "idle". Piggaz
Way too big! I was thinking 600 - 700 Looking at 350kw at wheels Listen to those who have the experience. ID 2000's Idle and drive better than Sard 800's (first hand experience). Injector technology has come along way since the "Sard/Denso/Nismo whatever's" were designed. GTR_JOEY
What Paul said, i too have witnessed first hand, 2000s are fine, just get them and never have the issue of injectors again Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/418792-injectors-for-my-gtr/#findComment-6730603 Share on other sites
Guilt-Toy
ID1000s are the only injector you need to use. why does it matter if its too big ? too small? a id1000 injector will idle a 2000cc engine better then any of the old out dated injectors. stop wasting time and order a set today. I used them in my 300rwkw rb2630 Nissan 350z, and its perfect. They are proven and almost everybody uses them i can vouch for Xspurt1000's, im making 320kw with Eflex and there at 70%, so you will have enought for 350kw.. they idle and run great..
