1000cc injectors is way to small for 500kw on e85.....

Or at least a Aussie 500kw that is.

this finally someone hit the nail on the head

But we are comparing American pony power vs Australian horse power

Odd..... I have made over 900whp on a 3" exhaust. Even that much must cover our apparent over zealous dynos.

I think low 500 horse power at the wheels on a gtr your pushing shit uphill with a 3 inch exhaust!

how you achieve an extra 400 horsepower Power from the same size exhaust has me wondering if mushrooms are to blame [emoji23]

Sorry, I mean that camaro. I'm interested in what it trapped

Sorry but no. That car was built for speed competition such as standing mile events (see: The Texas Mile). The car did 168mph at the half mile & 203.8mph at the mile marker.

We have another camaro that made a touch over 750whp. Also through a 3" exhaust, it frequents the 1/4 mile often. Best pass to date on a stock short block & stock auto trans is 10.3 @ 137mph @ 4160lb

That car has a similar turbo system as the higher power car, just a much smaller Precision 7175 turbo.

This is the best result i have seen, this engine is about as built as they get,

2.8 stroker

Naprec/HKS prepped and ported head with OS valves

260 x 10.85 custom cams with very serious springs, forget brand :)

Port matched manifolds attached to Racepace modded -5s

Full maf less hard pipe kit from air box to plenum

Nismo intercooler and Nismo Plenum

ID2000s with twin 044s on a custom surge tank

Ross trigger wheel setup

And twin 3" exhaust

Plus heaps of supporting gear

    • End game is to: - Remove all the slop from old worn parts - Adjust setup so that the wheels actually fit and the car is drivable (currently it is not because of the extreme rubbing on the guards).   Progress over the last couple of days, removed the rear hubs! Next steps: - Buy bushings - Replace bushings/bearings on hub - Reinstall

    • A few random issues have popped up since my last update. My WMI pressure sensor failed within about 10 minutes of it seeing liquid. It was a 20$ China special, so I'm not surprised. My name brand replacement should arrive today.  My power steering assist also decided to crap out last weekend. The usual, works for about 60 seconds after starting the car then I lose it. I dusted off my old copy of NDS and connected to the HICAS ECU. Code 4 for assist solenoid.... I tested the solenoid and it's fine.  I knew the day where my HICAS ecu would crap out would come, and I welcome it. It was the last HICAS part on the car that is now in the bin. I've ordered an SSR and I will control the power steering solenoid with my Haltech ecu. It will be nice to have proper speed referenced assist again after all these years.
