Black C34 heading east from Goonellabah this arvo about 4:20. Looked all shiny. We both did the point & wave. Anyone on here?

Ahhh, good ol' Goonellabah. I used to go to Kadina HS.

Don't tell me the bogans of Lismore have finally got over their VL fetish? I think every VL ever built was, at one stage, owned by someone in Lismore.

I remember standing in Woodlark St on Cog Night years ago and could simultaneously see thirteen VLs and there were at least four I knew of which weren't there.

Maybe they will eventually move on when the wheels fall off the VLs, but hopefully not move to Stags. So, when is 'cog night' in Lismore? I'll have to make sure I'm never there in case a VL backs into me.

Cog night used to be Thursday nights. I doubt much has changed.

Saw the white C34 again this morning on Greensborough Road outside Simpsons Army barracks. This time I was in my yellow C34 going the other way so no burnout or wheelie.

While I've been in Pt. Pirie I

: keep seeing a white s2 c34 on the way out to work in the morning and sometimes on the way home (works in pirie somewhere?) Anyone here?

: Passed a nice looking white m35 a few times, waves exchanged, will try stop and have a chat next time I see ya

: Spotted a nice clean, stock looking, dayz kitted silver series 2 down a random side street while looking for KFC

Hi Andy, I saw you at the last minute as I was looking at the stone house on my left and then saw that M35 bonnet as I looked back to the road and tooted as it was too late to wave. We were returning from lunch at St Albans with the Sydney Z car club (my other love but the 240Z is only a two seater and wife and daughter make 3). On our way up the Bell's Line of Road going the long way home, I also spotted a yellow C34 as I was into passing traffic up hill in the overtaking lane on a nice sweeping left hand bend, he was heading towards Richmond with much less traffic to deal with. Overall a great 300Km drive for lunch. Regards Craig

Black M35 with pretty shiny wheels cruised past Hungry Jacks at Firle today. Might have been the one I saw out Edinburgh way a week or so ago..

I think I saw it going through the glynburn rd and greenhill round about. thought it was you initially but it was sitting too high.. Correct?

    • I've never played with one, but I would expect that you are correct. That slot looks like it is intended to be used to unscrew the end, and the flats on the body would be better than grabbing it around the round bit with a pipe wrench. So, yeah, probably unscrews. You'll probably have to make a tool to drive in that slot.
    • A bit late but A disk S13P fit over stock R32 GTR brakes, usually A disk front, O disk rear works.
    • Or, the height of the release bearing is not correct for your combo. Start with the bleeding and checking the slave moves throughout its range when you press the pedal (2 person required), but it is possible for the height to be internally wrong too (box back off to measure.
    • Yes, there's quite a few things that can go wrong during a clutch install. Very unlikely. I have a similar clutch. They (ACS) make good gear. No, it is not normal. It is possible that you just need to bleed the clutch slave. But the new clutch will also have a more aggressive actuation force/pressure, and so your old slave cylinder might be a bit leaky or otherwise compromised, and not up to the extra force required. Or the master cylinder, same.
    • Hi...so a "development" here aswell The swap is "done" and car went "test drive" BUT it seems the clutch(maybe gearbox?) is a little bit sad? I bought this clutch kit https://justjap.com/products/xtreme-heavy-duty-organic-clutch-flywheel-kit-nissan-skyline-r31-r32-r33-push-type "Problem" is that the first gear is hard to put into and it seems that the clutch is not disengaged. It was not the problem with the old clutch...(or like sometime the first gear would not get as easy specialy when the fluid was cold) So? Can it be like...bad "install" or is the clutch wrong ((it should not have been) i done research to get the right one) Or is this "normal" with new clutch and needs to be break in?
