What are the chances of me getting a 18x10.5 +15 with 265 tyre on the back of my 33 GTS-t ? Guard is rolled with about -2 camber

Shit that'd be close. It would certainly poke a fair bit... With the camber and rolling, I reckon you would get away with it. I'm going 10.5+30 on my rears, no camber, guards rolled and it should sit perfectly on 255s. Pics up when you slam them on, that'll look hot!

Need some advice on spacers brahs!

Would like to see them being more flush and all that fun stuff. Noting yes, it is 4x4 height now, but I just need some spare time to chuck the coilovers in. Then loooow <3.

Edit: Noting car is an R34, wheels are 17s, not sure on offset tbh, been meaning to try and have a closer look but always forget :(

As you can see they are too sunken in, sadly. Ideally I don't want to do any guard work at all - or if so, minimal. I'm not after super aggressive poke etc (don't even want poke, just don't want sunken!). Noting I'm not too in-the-know with this stuff; so if there's any other issues (i.e. "going low and spacers will not work because _____" please let me know LOL).

Skyline model = R33 GTS25T S2

Wheel diameter = 18'

Wheel width = 9' rear 8.5' front

Wheel offset = r +35 f 35

Tyre size = r 265 f 235

Modifications to fit = removed inner fender guards in front and slight fender rolling

Hi guys - looking at getting 17x8 +22 front and 17x9 +27 rears for my sightly lowered r32 gtst, any ideas if they'll fit fine? Can't test fit because the wheels arent close by :(

Tyres are 225/45/17 fronts and 235/45/17 rear - and its a type - M so bigger calipers I think?

Yeah as previous said, drop to a smaller width tyre. May need to remove front liner to reduce scrubbing, but will EASILY fit in the rears. Won't poke much on the fronts, and will sit inset in the rears.

When I bought spacers, I just lowered mine to the low that it would ideally sit at, then measured from the tyre -> guard. That worked well for me, I was about 5mm out. Make sure you don't get spacers, as in metal that sits in between your rim and disk, but get the-- I think they are called hub centralisers or some bullshit, but basically it bolts on to your existing bolts, then you bolt the rim off that. If you want perfect flush, you need to find out what offset your rim is. And I think the perfect flush fitment for an r34 is 9.5+27, and that can transpose to 10.5+40, 8.5+14, etc etc. Then just use your rims offset and add the spacer in to make it perfect flush using before meantioned offsets.. Note: When car is jacked up, it will poke A LOT, but once you lower it, it will be ok :) Now many people will tell you spacers are bad and all that shit. I have been running for 6 months, and I know people who have been running for 3+ years and had no issues ever. Just don't get shit quality ones, and you should be ok. And I suggest if you want flush, you roll all your guards. You are looking at about $100 for the car done, and if done properly, you will have no paint damage. Any further issues, just give me a buzz.

I own a 34, and because 33's are close, I can give advice. If I was you I would go through the thread yourself. Not hard, and you can make the decisions yourself, and you get to learn more.

Finally was able to get it out of the garage for a bit today so took some pics

wheel specs again are: Superlites 15x10 -26 all round, 205/50 on the rear & 195/50 up front

Finally had a day free yesterday and chucked in the coilovers, nice and low now (although will be lowering fronts a bit more even :P). Yeah I've heard to avoid slip on spacers like the plague, lol.

Cheers for the info, will probably go down this route of just measuring now to figure out spacer size (any suggestions for not-shit-quality brands?). Yeah will probably have to look to getting guards rolled... as well as maybe some camber arms... just lowering it gave it some angle LOL. Now to wait for funds... :P

    • For once a good news  It needed to be adjusted by that one nut and it is ok  At least something was easy But thank you very much for help. But a small issue is now(gearbox) that when the car is stationary you can hear "clinking" from gearbox so some of the bearing is 100% not that happy... It goes away once you push clutch so it is 100% gearbox. Just if you know...what that bearing could be? It sounding like "spun bearing" but it is louder.
    • Yeah, that's fine**. But the numbers you came up with are just wrong. Try it for yourself. Put in any voltage from the possible range and see what result you get. You get nonsense. ** When I say "fine", I mean, it's still shit. The very simple linear formula (slope & intercept) is shit for a sensor with a non-linear response. This is the curve, from your data above. Look at the CURVE! It's only really linear between about 30 and 90 °C. And if you used only that range to define a curve, it would be great. But you would go more and more wrong as you went to higher temps. And that is why the slope & intercept found when you use 50 and 150 as the end points is so bad halfway between those points. The real curve is a long way below the linear curve which just zips straight between the end points, like this one. You could probably use the same slope and a lower intercept, to move that straight line down, and spread the error out. But you would 5-10°C off in a lot of places. You'd need to say what temperature range you really wanted to be most right - say, 100 to 130, and plop the line closest to teh real curve in that region, which would make it quite wrong down at the lower temperatures. Let me just say that HPTuners are not being realistic in only allowing for a simple linear curve. 
    • I feel I should re-iterate. The above picture is the only option available in the software and the blurb from HP Tuners I quoted earlier is the only way to add data to it and that's the description they offer as to how to figure it out. The only fields available is the blank box after (Input/ ) and the box right before = Output. Those are the only numbers that can be entered.
    • No, your formula is arse backwards. Mine is totally different to yours, and is the one I said was bang on at 50 and 150. I'll put your data into Excel (actually it already is, chart it and fit a linear fit to it, aiming to make it evenly wrong across the whole span. But not now. Other things to do first.
    • God damnit. The only option I actually have in the software is the one that is screenshotted. I am glad that I at least got it right... for those two points. Would it actually change anything if I chose/used 80C and 120C as the two points instead? My brain wants to imagine the formula put into HPtuners would be the same equation, otherwise none of this makes sense to me, unless: 1) The formula you put into VCM Scanner/HPTuners is always linear 2) The two points/input pairs are only arbitrary to choose (as the documentation implies) IF the actual scaling of the sensor is linear. then 3) If the scaling is not linear, the two points you choose matter a great deal, because the formula will draw a line between those two points only.
