  1. Argggg I could flip the table !! They changed the intercooler at the same time as the rear housing. So mudding the results.
  2. g25 - 660 on dyno. Not sure i buy everything being said here but at least it will be interesting in vid 2 when they swap the rear housings.
  3. Be great to get some more data points from that car. The twin G25-550 intrigues me as well. They do the internal gate T2 .49 which screams bolt me on an RB26. I've be told by a seller its not a bolt on affair though. I was not given any details other than you have a 30 year old car "dude" as to why. The cost of them makes it a serious investment and a risk you end up with a street pig. If not and they make 900-1000fwhp with amazing spool ..... all the glory is yours ......

  5. Yer rb20e is junk. You have possible ecu, cas, temp, injector, maf or coil issue. Need spares to troubleshoot. Go the rb25 and never look back

  8. Please get as much info from dyno as possible. Boost and torque with RPM scale
  9. Not 100% true. S13 are shorter then cefiro. Stock S13 suspension in a cefiro = lowered cefiro. I have had S13 coils in a cefiro that just won't go high enough, so not all will fit. Also base height adjustment is preffered then you wont be putting to much/to little pressure on the spring trying to get the right height.
  10. It's making around 550rwhp on the Hyperdrive dyno (Sugar powah) @ ~21 psi. Has a GT35R turbo with .82 rear sititng on a 6 boober manifold. Gearbox is a rb25 5 cogger still H pattern with OS Giken gearset.
  11. As in it was in a gtr in japan, removed, shipped to aus. By all accounts stock as a stone. Timing belt replaced and sump converted to rwd. Then add turbo + injectors + ecu ... done . Stock GTR cooler still in use. Estimate its done around 100,000k now since nissan screwed it together it back in 1991.
  12. Nope its not in a GTR !! It's also not even a built motor !! An un-opened low k rb26 motor from Japan is now -WA's first 9 Second silvia/s series and Also WA's first 9 second RB26 !
  13. Thats exactly what I am talking about. I have also seen several engines die on twin pump setups. None on a single pump setup. Spend the extra $500 + on a AFR meter or knock meter or fuel pressure gauge. Just make sure they have audible warning. This will also show up any fuel surge. I agree this can be a problem and have nothing against a surge tank with a SINGLE PUMP. As said above try and get one under car. I also have a car with twin pumps and in boot surge setup and its such a pain in the arse compared to my other car. Even with hard lines the way its setup the rubber lines under the car smell through the holes for the hard lines.
  14. One 044 pump will be fine as long as you don't try and run stupid high rail pressure and run a seperate relay to power the pump. I don't actually see how two pumps gives you "safety". If one pump fails and the other isnt enough your still screwed. I see the complications of running two pumps more likely to cause issues. FYI - Running 425 rwkw on e85 with one 044 in tank and run the 141 mph to back it up as well Yer - Thats No surge tanks, no lift pumps, even stock fuel lines and fuel filter. ...

  19. Any one can rock up and race as long as its hi-tech (ie EFI) Yer, rock up at 12 and there is a 2 hour wait until practice. That time will be used to srcutineer your car(basic stuff, seat belt, brakes, tyres, battery holder, overflow). Yes you need all the stuff you listed.

  21. Ok guys this is the event for your type of car. Don't be weak and get out there and enjoy some good racing fun ! It will be worth going down just to see Dsturds R32 GTR do a run !!!! I expect the car will only make one pass, so be sure to get in early.
  22. Well at least that is clearer to people that it is not allowed ... well sort of. Guess they are at least paying attention now. One plus side of the petition is it gets it in the public eye.
  23. Running 1000cc injectors and low rail pressure. It gets to 90%. Not sure how the pump would fair on higher rail pressure but in theory a lot more injector available.
  24. I've been getting E85 from RPW. They are selling the V8 supercar CSR control fuel. Brockas you will become a junky for the stuff once you try it !!
