  1. I have a rattle when the clutch is pushed in on my Liberty, found out on Saturday during pink slip. It seems to have a heavier than normal clutch.
  2. Wait, the mechanic put new pads in but no shims? Also, when does it make noise? Light application? Cold?
  3. That's some real engineering! What are you, a race car engineer?
  4. Compared to A1RM, the HPX isn't as dusty. I've had noisy pad thing happen to me, just pull them off, roughen up the face and re-bed, been quite ever since (all three instances of me changing pads).
  5. My dad's old Pinny went hard. Twin spark!
  6. Can't hear any rattles in those vids. 1,500-2,000 rpm seems pretty low (I have a MY10 Liberty turbo and it doesn't like being below 2,000rpm).
  7. My GT-R came with Green stuff and they were shit (I rear ended someone with them lol). Changed to QFM HPX and the difference was huge (didn't even do a brake bleed/flush). What didn't you like about the Intima SR? They're supposed to be equivalent to QFM A1RM, right?
  8. Well you can make a VG30 fit into an R31, you should be able to do it in an R32.
  9. OP is struggling between RB20 and RB25, so LS1 would be suited for him (cheaper, done before, etc. etc.). Like this?
  10. FR32 1989/05 - 1991/08 4K,CA18I,2WD,GXI,MT FR32 1989/05 - 1991/08 4K,CA18I,2WD,GXI,AT http://jp-carparts.com/nissan/cartypelist.php?maker=nissan&type=79
  11. Don't get an Astra. My Liberty (turbo) averages 10.2L/100km (according to trip meter), my manual N16 was averaging 7.5L/100km. My cousin's GH Impreza hatch (2L auto) does about 8L/100km I think if he's not thrashing it. Well one day he came to my house and his trip meter showed 14L/100km, another time it showed 7.8L/100km lol.
  12. Perhaps. Or some old arse wheels from the 70's/80's. I've seen those Magnesium wheels on YAJ but obviously not in those sizes (smaller 17" for Silvias).
  13. I quite liked my stocker RB20 in my old R32, was a good stock motor (ate and spat out a bolt, destroying the stocker turbine) and was good on petrol. But mine wasn't making 400hp. But since you're going to take the engine out, put an LS1 in.
  14. Terry you white supremacist!
  15. Still waiting for your reverse offset spacers.
  16. To stop the spring "bouncing". I'll let the engineer explain.
