  1. Got most of the oil system plumbed up got the oil filter into place, I hate where it is but it was the only place I could find where it wasn’t in the way of anything Then plumbed the oil cooler In, BMRS fitting and hoses make this stuff so easy and then the 2 -16 hoses run the length of the car into the boot, need to build a bracket to mount the tank and then the oil system will be done
  2. Ecu you can use an r32 or 33 gtr one. the wiring you basically need to separate the body harness out of the engine harness and put the 34 body harness into the rb26 engine harness. It sounds scarier then it is, a multimeter and an ecu pin out will be a huge help and do one wire at a time
  3. I like the amount of room they give around the a/c line and etc, they were a nightmare with my 6boost
  4. My next set of tyres on the gtr will probably be a set of ad09, I’ve currently got a set of ad08r on there and are being replaced because they’ve gotten to old not because they wore out
  5. I changed the fuel rain from being twin -6 feed and single -6 return to single -8 in and out mounted the filter and plumbed them together also am moving the flex sensor closer to the regulator and grabbed turbosmarts new -8 reg. Still some fittings and etc to get them in there, also fitted a pressure sensor for more safety
  6. Haven’t updated this for a while, I went on holidays and then had the flu 3 times in 2 months and when I have been well it’s been lots of little jobs that haven’t been finished for one reason or another. First I changed the fuel return line from -6 to -8 Replaced the short series filter to a long one then I grab a set of these brackets and took the option for the hicas line holders as well installed them and used the hicas line holders to hold the 2 -6 lines for the power steering
  7. Actually the most common brand found in Fiji these days is Toyota and mainly the Prius
  8. They want reliable cars
  9. Yaris or Corolla
  10. The answer to why it didn’t perform like Andrew said it would is easy. Being a gen2 version he wouldn’t have used a twin scroll rear on it and that’s what will make or break a set up, twin scroll really does make that much of a difference
  11. No they’re completely different
  12. Apart from commodores and falcons the entire Australian used car market is ridiculous compared to the rest of the world even before Covid tax usa 996 turbo 20k Australia 100k pre Covid
  13. All skylines are sedans in the eyes of the rms (rta back in the day) to be considered a coupe it had to be in the style of the the LH/LX torana hatches or a 180sx and etc
  14. Welcome to the rabbit hole 🕳️ it runs deep, very deep
  15. Pretty much every Australian track require a softer setup to make the car fast, even our best track is no where near up to the standards of most tracks in the world or even most highways
  16. I always thought one was supposed to go from 0>5v and the other goes from 5>0v
  17. Injectors should tick not make a buzzing sound
  18. Check to see if you have injector pulse
  19. Most Japanese coil overs are to stiff and allow the wheels to come of the ground, once that happens there’s no grip
  20. The cruise session at the last one was super relaxed, I don’t even think you needed a wrist band
  21. I dunno if I have enough friends to push mine fast enough to keep up with yours
  22. Today I bought my entry to all japan day on the 21st of may so I guess that means I now have a dead line. wish me luck because I think I’ll need it
  23. I bought a ticket, I don’t have a running car though
  24. There’s multiple stages of the ignition switch, the clock and radio and etc are on the acc position and the ecu and windows are on the on position Make sure there is switched power at the ecu (grab a pin out to confirm which wire it is) and turn the ignition on and off to make sure it’s working
  25. check if there is power to the ecu, if yes then it’s probably the ecu if no then look at fuses and ignition switch
