  1. I bought a ticket, I don’t have a running car though
  2. There’s multiple stages of the ignition switch, the clock and radio and etc are on the acc position and the ecu and windows are on the on position Make sure there is switched power at the ecu (grab a pin out to confirm which wire it is) and turn the ignition on and off to make sure it’s working
  3. check if there is power to the ecu, if yes then it’s probably the ecu if no then look at fuses and ignition switch
  4. made up the heater hoses out of bmrs lines got the correct radiator and slipped it in only for the fan to hit on the mandrel for the oil pump. Out it came and will be for sale while I go back to the drawing board
  5. No with that looped around it’s the same as having the wastegate line disconnected, they need to be blocked off
  6. Just block both those hoses, it wide open if they’re connected
  7. No worries trust me they make life to easy Merry Christmas to you to mate

  11. I have seen an ati balancer with the trigger ring as well but it was custom made at the time, I wouldn’t be using that as an excuse to use a cam mounted trigger set up though as the ones I mentioned do a their job perfectly
  12. I’ve got an ati balancer with a crank trigger. hi octane make one, prp make one and there’s a few others
  13. There is plenty of solutions to use the ati balancer,
  14. How much dirt do you think is going to get the whole way down a 6mm hose that runs the length of the car
  15. This! all of this!! If you’ve got time to look at gauges then you’re not driving fast enough.
  16. The after market ones just stay locked up as well, you either need to bite the bullet and get a new one or go electric
  17. The dyco fan clutches are shit as are the Davis Craig ones
  18. My god that shows how far we’ve come with these cars
  19. Making sure all the bolts are in and the rubber bits are on the bolts
  20. Sounds like the balancer hitting the bottom cover
  21. Why not? if the turbo can do it, go for it
  22. These lighter materials have their limits and with how hard a lot of people are pushing turbos these days the ti-al wheel would be lucky to last the dyno session on some of these cars. Everything is horses for corses the best answer so far has been from @Piggaz which was “what’s your power goal?”
  23. Guess gktech won’t be around much longer once the bmw sends him broke lol
  24. I’ve always used the the original brass bushing, if you lubricate it properly before you put it in then they never have an issue.
