  8. I know I just found it amusing
  9. wanna give me the 440's and GT30? lol PS Dont sell it!
  10. ye, all engines are differnt due to core shift in the casting posess. the block and girdle are machined together, and usually stamped with the clearences from factory on the girdle. Which is why the girdle from another block caused the crank to jam.
  11. not getting hot...but vacuum lines caught fire? this thread can bring the lulz at times
  12. all twin cam RBs use the same belt from memory
  13. Turbo cartridge dead? its a long shot but possible
  14. cracked head or a split bore is possible. But I doubt it due to 3 weeks of being ok. I agree with above that the block deck might not be straight. What head gasket did you use?
  15. mainly because you can get big 4 barrel carbs designed out of the box for big blow through superchargers/turbos edit - even those turbos have mega issues, they have to have huge main jets to flow enough fuel at full throttle that they run massivly rich at part throttle (even when setup properly) and while waiting for boost. youtube some videos on them and listen for the big miss as they go WOT and watch the huge black cloud out the back of the car, they really are only dyno queens or quater horses that are either at idle or WOT
  16. Jez, What motor is that on? 4 potter or 6?
  17. Well being that the AU has a better suspension design than a Skyline (espesially the R32).....

    lol at my spelling
  19. what brakes are on it?
  20. Ive heard of 2 040's mounted side by side on the factory cradle with a Y piece in the tank feeding the standard line.
  21. poor form by the workshop. I would have pulled the car and told him to jam it after the first time. P.s re: the intake runner length. Bends dont affect the airflow (providing they arent super sharp 90d bends) and add length. making some that curl upwards should give an extra couple of inches
  22. LOL...stuck 100m from my house I wouldve been home too
  23. LOL bright spark
  24. Worst spam attempt ever! Lets see, at the start of the sentence, he wants to know how to install said dishwasher. Then the sister (is she DTF?) said to call this dishwasher/plumber mob. Then all of a sudden he is glad to be their customer. So did the plumber turn up while you were typing and you lost the backspace key up you anus? So, what shall I do? Maybe I'll ring this plumber and ask how it feels to have a backspace key up his butt hole, and whether his sister is keen for a root? I suggest the whole of SAU:ACT does the same
  25. wow, we actually agree on something lol I also add, that magazines like zoom and pi love you use HSD coilovers.....why? Because Ben Ellis (former editor of PI) runs otomoto, and they are the guys who are the distributors for HSD, so there is a vested intrest. Note: HSD by all means are a decent unit, but still no where near the quality of a set of Bilstein BSS9's or Aragosta etc, but at 1/4 the price. Also be wary of any magazine "review" on car stuff, with the laws the way they are, they simply cannot say a product is absolute shit without the risk of being sued for deformation. Perfect example of rubbish products being reviewed as "good" are the Pro-comp brand of china v8 parts. In which the aftermarket cylinder heads dont line up properly, the "billet" distributor shafts are bent and snap after a few hours etc. but these products are often used in "project cars", what they dont say is that they had to try 3 diffent sets of rods and a billion hours of machining to get them to work. Any way /rant
