  1. Pull it from the ignition and ground off a clean point.
  2. Cylinder is set to 6 for RBs and 4 for SRs Speed is set at 2 for Nissan speed sensors Throttle is set to point up, i.e. when pressed will trigger 5V or so I would also check if there's a proper +12V feed going into it. I've seen dodgy installations where it's fed off the ECU harness for power.
  3. just get the smaller one, easier to fit... if you're only doing the drag strip even a stock radiator would be fine.. once you start running laps around a circuit go for the biggest one
  4. 52mm fits but the fan blades are really close to the shroud and may collect it if there's enough engine movement, also a pain in the arse to fit. It's like Tetris level ultimate full retard
  5. Aftermarket ones still retain the stock fan and shroud so do the ling long radiators off eBay
  6. I wouldn't waste my time fitting that turbo, it's too small for a RB25
  7. hard race stuff is cheaper f you go direct with them: http://www.hard-race.com.au just buy direct in store and get a discount
  8. ** weird thought I replied to this thread on that tapatalk app... clearly not There are no coolant leaks or oil leaks around the clutch area, besides the typical RB cam over leak. I was supposed to pull out the clutch during the break but was hungover everyday so never got around to it lol
  9. I use them too, decent brand and to be honest look better built than the factory ones. I've taken it on the track a few times, bashed them into ripple strips etc.. and they're still good. But knowing disco, he won't use dim sim products on his car.
  10. DID YOU KNOW? cam seals & crank seals ARE the same.. however Nissan has different part numbers for them. If you chucked all into a hat, mixed them around and pulled one out and stuck it either on the cam or crank it will still fit
  11. Most air conditioning specialists would sort it straight up also most mechanics that do ac regassing and gas conversions
  12. I have, kept the AC. I reused the CA condenser and fitted the lines to the RB20 compressor. However, keeping the car cool is another thing. There's not enough airflow so each time the AC went on, the water temp shot up. In the end, ended up ditching the AC and set the fans to push instead of pull.
  13. From the photos looks like it's missing Condenser Dryer Lines A/c condenser fan Pretty much everything from the from the firewall onwards. Wouldn't surprise me if that coconut snipped off the wires to everything as well.
  14. Harro, Hope everyone is still hung over, I know I am I have decided to split up the Recaro Seat & Seat Rail. I think it might be easier to sell this way The seat rail itself is some Japanese brand, I assume it's a Cluster branded one (as I have had one before). There's also a BRIDE universal seat plate mounted to it, which allows you to bolt up to most Japanese seats. These plates + rail bolt up perfectly to Recaro SR2/SR3 seats. Also the rail has a captive nut for the seat belt, unlike BRIDE rails which require you to use a nut & bolt. The thread fits the stock OEM seat belt clicker/buckle thing perfectly. Will fit: R32 GTS-t / GT-R R33 GTS-t / GT-R R34 GT-R Location: Canley Vale, NSW, 2166 Contact: Here or PM Price: $150 FIRM WIll post at buyer's expense Bolted up perfectly to this:
  15. Yeah, take a photo of the engine bay top down. Specifically the passenger side, the passenger side chassis rail, also snap up a photo of where the air filter sits.
  16. Yes however you "may" need to tweak the brackets to fit.
  17. You're missing a condenser, probably your evaporater/lines are all missing too by the looks of things
  18. ^ the newer batches appear to be garbage, I bought a ling long JJR dump back in 2007 and it fit like a glove, no bashing no grinding no swearing. These days, they appear to have dropped the ball a little and it's absolute garbage. I've bought & fitted two for mates and both times both need some bashing & grinding to line up the bolt holes. Anyways, back on track...2x things, what size is the top fitting for the oil feed? The Kando factory RB25DET kit oil feed is heaps bigger than this: Also one for Stao & everyone else... is there any reason for the rear is so long? I believe there's no need for it and it just ends up causing issues with fitment.
  19. I got bendix pads for R33 GTS-t calipers I think they fit other models? DB1170 $20
  20. the 2nd table is the TP limit I was referring to, i.e. when you exceed an amount of boost it cuts (feels like you've hit a brick wall).. as for the first table you've opened I don't recall ever seeing it/using it. In terms of the knock table, I don't believe there's a sensitivity table to adjust when it falls into the knock table. I believe Matt from Nistune was still working on that (last time I read somewhere)
