TBH a 3582 on a 2.5/2.6 just isn't right.. needs to be on a stroked motor, or ones that revs off it's tits OR ideally a 3.0L Perfect for a dirty 30 OR a Supra

Eh? Most if not all the Hypergear stuff uses the stock manifold.

Advancing the intake cam gear will help with low down performance & spool, however it's a fun process of trial and error as too much will affect up top, too little and you're still in the same boat.. at the same time adjusting ignition timing to suit.

A SS1, SS1.5 & high flowed unit will hit those numbers easily on E85, even 98RON no need for a G3

Maybe your stock resistor has died, just ground off the fuel pump from the lid harness.

Disconnect it, it's useless. Pull out your passenger seat and delete that sensor

Driven a stock R33 with a 3582 hanging from the side, with only 2.5k rpm to play with in each gear the novelty wears off. I can imagine a 3.0L with that strapped on the side would be off tits

The fittings don't seal properly and leak. The most ling long I would go are Torques UK fittings with their lines and China cores. The China hoses are ok, remember that these lines are under pressure not vacuum so they can't collapse only explode and leak.

If you look at thr manifold, the angle seems pretty aggressive so it brings the turbo closer to the head. Can't be the turbo, all the exhaust castings are the same. If that's the case then every single turbo Hypergear sells would need different manifolds each time, however every turbo fits as it supposed to low or high mounted. Even look at Cal's SS2, has been mounted in the most unconventional way and fits.

looks like you've got 3x options really: Get Stao to get you another exhaust housing, something a little shorter so it brings the turbo down Modify the manifold (probably worst option) Get a Garett Turbo (probably close to worst option also)

borrow another CAS, unplug TPS and re-time at 20, plug back TPS, report back

Weird eh? Mine runs exactly the same and it runs perfectly. I didn't even bleed it, just started the car and turned the wheel back and forth at the same time topping up thr reservoir. Happy days, perhaps see if there's a blockage somewhere. I've done the same setup on another car years ago, no dramas there too (although was a poster street car that never saw the track).
