  1. Elaborate on what, bud? Denso IKH22 plugs work perfectly, in all conditions and at all power levels. 0.8mm gap as required, 0.4mm electrode and V grooved tip provide a superior spark to the NGK plugs. But you already knew this. You can find the IKH22's on eBay Motors and get them sent over for less than I can get them through Denso in Croydon.
  2. Actually I recall reading that the one in the UK modified the spare wheel well to snake the piping for the drivers side exhaust pipe... so it is a real exhaust. The Kid's Heart exhaust is also real... but their base was a RWD VQ25dd powered M35, so no need to worry about the ATTESSA bottle.
  3. Wouldn't have had that issue with the Denso plugs
  4. Could just be the Nankangs?
  5. Unfortunately replaced by the "Skyline SUV"
  6. Platinum plugs are factory items for the VQ25det. Iridium plugs are superior to platinum
  7. Nothing like an argumentative hawker, eh? Maybe it was the wheels that made him think that?
  8. As quoted "Whilst the car does use more fuel when accelerating at a decent rate, economy has increased considerably. Particularly whilst cruising!" I do a lot of cruising. How do you drive it? If you drive like Craig your economy will go to shit. If you cruise around 100kph, it will be better.
  9. lol.... how so? More air = more fuel
  10. LPG RON can fluctuate considerably from what I have been told. 105 may be a little ambitious unless you are filling up on Supagas's "Premium" LPG all the time (Guaranteed 110RON)
  11. The Yanks push 7-8psi in a standard VQ35de without issue. It is at the limit for reliablity though.
  12. lol @ "Symond Saga" Anyway, to the 2 touring bike (Gold Wing?) riders this morning, riding side by side (1 lane each) on Sth Gippsland Hwy at 80kph. GET OUT OF MY f**KING WAY!
  13. Glad you got it sorted, but for your reference 10 blinks = "0" So there was no fault code displayed (0000)
  14. Compared to the VQ25det, the VQ35de is "frail" BUT you can bolt on an APS TT kit, get a shift kit for your trans and be pumping out around the 280-300awkw mark on around 8psi. Can't do that on the "treasured" engine.
  15. Apologies to those who get annoyed with conversations, but did the bleeder valves fit your stock brakes Dale?
  16. Hmm... I wonder how the VQ25dd would go with the VQ25det turbo gear on it. Uses the same rods...
  17. Not to ask an obvious question, but perhaps your injectors are at their limits when on boost?
  18. Probably, as long as you can find a mechanic to fit it for them
  19. Cool. Interested in the reasoning behind going with the oil pan spacer instead of an oil cooler?
  20. Sierra Comp stage 1 Go talk to Kyp at ATP.
  21. The go spend extra money with Kyp. Then get your car on an ethanol blend. Simple really. Kyp also said "no" to the other highflow spec that I gave him, but he did it anyway and the owner was very happy with the result.
  22. He will be pushing for a 3076, but if you are happy with 220-240, just go the 3071 core. Then get a G-zone to piggyback your eManage onto (removes the throttle restriction and speed limiter)
  23. Takero's have discontinued the Full Titan. If you want a huge exhaust, why not get a custom turbo-back unit made up?
  24. Go the BB f you want. Hypergear actually do high flow with a BB core properly. What Stao is referencing there with his power figures is the RB25det. As you can see from other members experiences, this is not relevant to the VQ25det.
