Hi Everybody! I'm selling my Gold 18" VOLK GTC's (Face 2) from my R33 GTST. Selling as they will not fit my new WRX I bought these roughly 12months ago from Import Monster without tyres, center caps or nuts for a very hefty price! I'm asking for $3000 Firm Specs as follows: Fronts: 18x9 +24 Rears: 18x9 +18 Tyres: Toyo Proxes 235/40/18 at 98% Tread Depth (only put on 2mnths ago) Sale includes: Genuine Carbon center caps x4 Genuine lock and regular nuts + allen/lock keys Wheels have been painted Top Secret Gold by previous owner which looks stunning in sunlight! They are the discontinued FACE 2 type which are becoming harder to find, Don't miss out! Wheels are in immaculate condtition as pictures will show. Will fit GTR's and GTST's with rolled rear guards as well as EVO's and many other performance cars with 5x114.3PCD Wheels are PICK UP ONLY from Gold Coast area. I can be contacted via PM through the forums Cheers, Mark.

Hey GC doods, I don't think RBceffies post was aimed at the moral issues of street racing. More the fact that there is no friendship or even acknowledgment between modifiers here. I totally agree that everyone has their angry pants on when they're driving and you rarely get a wave from anyone round here. ...Plus there's the issue of police attitude round our area as well which doesn't put us in a good position. But that's a topic for some other time. We really need to get some sorta meets happening more regularly. Like a monthly meet like the JDMST boys do....

Hey Guys, I'm looking at some new rims for my R33 GTST. 18x9 +24 Front and 18x9 +18 for the Rear. I'm expecting to need a roll but will I need to run any camber or stretch to get these to fit? -
Hey Guys, I'm in need of a set (x20) of lug nuts to suit Volk GTC's. If anyone has anything suitable PM me Don't mind if they're used or brand new Cheers, Mark.

The latest AutoSalon did a review of the BC V1's and gave them a decent wrap. They rated them 75/100 overall which isn't bad for the base models. So should expect the higher models to be even better! Getting more and more convinced by these the more I read about them. For everyday street use they shouldn't be too bad at all.

All the S Chassis boys swear by these things, I don't think I've seen one bad review of them yet! They get compared a lot to Greddy Type S Coilovers. Some even say they come out of the same factory but no-one actually knows if it's true or not. a lot of it depends on existing suspension condition before the coilovers go in. I'm contemplating a set of the BC BR's . It all depends what your using them for....Daily driving, Hardparking or Track work they all have different needs.

Spotted a maroon S1 4door R33 today around 12:30 at Helensvale, was dumped onto some nice wheels, big front mount. Nice turbo spool as you went past me!

Damn, ruined...I'll have to buy new wheels now Haha they don't count! #1: They're on a Supra #2: They're Silver Wow Brockas, Extremely nice GTR. Needs more hellaflush

Thanks for the kind words fellas! The wheels are Blitz Technospeed Z1's 17x8 +35 17x9 +38 they're actually pretty rare and I havn't seen them on another car...ever lol It's just a shame about the offsets. As for suspension it's on Bilsteins/Tein S tech's. I'm not sure about what coil-overs are going to be as cost effective or give as comfortable ride (it's a daily driver) Anyway here's another shot to show the offset

Here's a shot of my GTST. I'm kinda meh about it at the moment. Considering lower + bigger wheels.

Hey Guys, I've just recently fixed this problem in my 33 GTST. My tacho also liked to pretend I was hitting redline and just was gay all the time. Here's how I fixed it... Step 1) Go buy a second hand cluster. Doesn't matter if it's auto/man S1/2 Step 2) Pull out your current cluster from the car. (check tutorials for dash removal) Step 3) find a small Flat head and Phillips head screwdrivers. Step 4) Prize the black cover from the white backing of dash (there's 5 clips - 4 along the top, 1 on the bottom) Step 5) Flip the cluster and undo the 3 screws holding the tachometer in place Step 6) undo the 2 tiny screws on the front of the Tachometer (WARNING: This will make the Tacho loose DON'T Drop it!!) Step 7) Repeat above to current cluster Step 8) Swap tachometer's between the two clusters Step 9) Put your cluster back together, reinstall into dash. Fire it up and see what happens!!! Step 10) Hit redline to attain success - Optional Step 11) Throw out old dash bits or reassemble and sell it back to the wreckers for a profit This fixed mine instantly. I've had no problems now for a few months. All up it cost me $80 Cheers Sparks
