I need to borrow someone with an R33, see if he is keen tomorrow I just want to plug this Power FC into another 33 to completly rule out that it is my car and is the unit itself at fault As for wheels, have you talked to Leon? I have Falcon steelies but they dont fit over the brakes I think

The old one is old but, that was the point of the new one lol. Apart from the problem I'm having with the new one, it runs alot nicer with it and has less knock. The old one I've noticed now is alot more slower to respond to changes (e.g. it still says I'm doing 3km/h till I've been stationary for about 3 seconds lol) I need to find another 33 to see if it does it on that. If so then I know its a unit problem..... or 33's have a really sensitive problem with new power FC's

Eh, after thinking I'd sorted the issue and re-wiring the ignition and re-running an earth for the CAS/wtr temp sesors etc then having it still play up I'm pretty over it now lol. Need to try and find an apexi dealer thats willing to do a swap to test if it is indeed just faulty hardware/programming

I've seen it done where voltage was applied to the motor to test it. Reverse the polarity makes it go the other way. This may have been done acoss the circuit board so not sure if it was full 12v They are restrictive closed but not to bad when they are open. The one I saw wouldn't make full boost closed but open it was fine

Minor update, still waiting to hear back from Apexi Put another CAS on and it seemed to help slightly, but the problem is still there. I think I'm going to check the wiring for resistance when I can grab a multimeter. Dont really know what else to try at this point

Hi Looking for the oil filter fitting out of an RB30 block. Needed for removing stock RB25 oil cooler and installing a sandwhich plate PM me if you can help out Callan

Does anyone have an RB30 block laying around? Want to try out the oil filter fitting to see if it fits with my block/oil cooler kit

Might be a bit of a pain but can you put battery power directly on the motor for the butterfly. That will tell you for sure if its dead X-force are pretty good to deal with and should help you out with replacement parts

Sounds more like your park brake shoes are rubbing and when they heat up they lock on If your rear brakes are rubbing as suggested then you should see uneven wear on your pads
