  1. I'm at work. And I've already got to make 3 trips back and forth this week. Wasn't keen to turn that into 4 lol I don't want to know how drunk she was lol
  2. Did Redline Exist when your Car was last on the road I get your point, its been a bit hit and miss lately. Some people complaining about it shooting out the breathers and after x amount of km it becomes worse then its ever been with any other oil Mine is better off with it. But not for everyone. I cant say a bad word about them for that reason
  3. I run Redline Lightweight Shockproof in my gearbox and its better then ever. All good that stuff
  4. Let us know how the bush goes, I saw them the other day and wondered if it was worth getting I think the slop in mine is from the Ball it rotates on (or rather the plastic bush it sits in) around the middle of the shifter but
  5. Wonder what his lap time was. Be funny if he was faster then DC
  6. Usually they have like a beam that runs accross in 2 points with a manual jack (Or runs off the hoist motor, dont remember) and you just jack them up front and rear to take the weight off the suspension/wheels.
  7. On top of that, its a 2 man job if you dont have the right tools. One person has to sit in the car, pump the pedal then hold it down, the other person at this point cracks the bleed screw and then tightens it back up when nothing more comes out. Then the person in the car can release the pedal and start pumping again - repeat till no air comes out. And keep topping up brake fluid or youll just suck air back through Clutch works the same, you will need to start at the master by the sounds of it though
  8. Noone has side feed injectors 740cc+? Bump
  9. Its a 12v motor.... designed to accept 12v.... If your that worried the go to super cheap and get an inline fuse and hook it IP through that

  11. Ragardless of the company if your over 21 or 23 or whatever the mature age apprenticeship age starts at you should be getting near tradesman wage. For example when I was a 3rd year on 21/hr our mature age apprentices where on 26-27/her for the whole 4 years I started on 10.52/hr
  12. Sounds like a royal screw over that. Mature age apprentice wages should be 90% or so of tradies wage.
  13. Yeah stao I think I got 2 fittings the same, one for the block looks about m8 or so thread to a -4 (?) Size fitting on the other side. Not a big deal if I know sizes
  14. Thats the way My comment was directed at Rob lol
  15. Ah yes I didnt see he was looking at TPS on datalogit, yeah data aquisition for monitoring is pretty slow on FC-Edit
  16. I want a sexy comp cover like that Looks great Stao BTW, the oil feed fitting that came with my turbo doesnt appear to fit in the block? its to small :S
  17. hmm might have to wait till after new years then. I'm home till about lunch on Saturday then back out to work till the 19th I think it is.
  18. to a degree it learns, you still have to play with the duty to get it right. I have one boost setting set at 1.20kg and have it set to hit around 16psi and it holds pretty flat. The other is 1.25 and hits 18psi (1.30kg) and after some playing around got it pretty stable
  19. Mine responds to throttle inputs/tps voltages pretty quickly on both power fcs i have at the moment...
  20. That would be sweet.. Will have to wait till I'm back from work next Wednesday now but. Does your car run a std ECU still? If so I can just make it safe. It will probably be slower then normal but it wont self destruct
  21. I'm not sure how the fuel sensors work, but if you could work it so its safe at 'in between' levels (e.g. cut timing a little more when it starts dropping below e80 sort of level) then it should be fine. When it senses 98 run a 98 map, when it runs e85 run an e85 map. If the sensor fails I'm pretty sure it would be self aware that the sensor is not functioning and run on a safe map. Change sensor and away you go again But I dont know alot about these fuel sensors at the moment. Thats just how I think they would work
  22. I set mine 0.05kg/cm or so lower then desired boost then play with the duty. There a bit of a pain to setup but they have to learn to a degree. I recently ran a different power fc with the same settings for boost and the first few drives it was horrible and overshot and went all funny but after a few 4th gear runs it got better and better. They aren't the best boost controller out there but they do work. They just take some patience to setup
  23. is it only cold on 18? If so it could be the interior or exterior air temp sensor my outside temperature sensor plays up similar to this when I go to the car wash, not sure why but sometimes the fan wont go any higher then the 1st fan speed setting and isnt that cold. turn to 18 degrees and its ok
