  2. Gt3540 turbo..used, but rebuilt by ATS and unused in box since comes with braided water lines and oil feed line for Rb30 Currently has a 1.06 housing , but have a .82 here to swap if you prefer that Was for wifes family car, but are going to something smaller now $1200 firm cheers darren

  4. now, now..hold your horses...i first thought this aswell, and yes one of my mates has made 350rwkw on a 3076 56T .63 at 17psi on e85 atm, still has some left in it stock mani with gate of exhaust housing I first thought it was a octane issue on 98 that capped things at 300 with that frame of turbo..stao said no its the manifold..well we are both right..it is octane limited to around that mark on 98 with a a stocky, but change to aftermarket and you can add some timing due to no restriction and pick up a very good handful of kilowatts E85 is a game changer..it has so much octane that you reach mbt with the timing curve with those turbos whether you use use a restrictive manifold or not and still have plenty in reserve..it woudn't suprise me if there wasn't much difference is peak power between a aftermarket or stock in that scenario..i think my mate will try a nz hybrid mani soon so will be interesting to see the difference or how the curve is changed cheers darren

  12. how these going stao.?.are you still going ahead with a cheap steampipe bolt on jobbie? i'm keen for another turbo, probally a ss2 with the steampipe bolt on if it goes ahead, and stick a gate on the exhaust housing, just waiting to see how it pans out cheers darren
  13. probally more driveshafts and gearboxes..lol Time to get some slicks and front runners, be a lot easier on the drivetrain...drag radials wilst being "cool" are very hard on drivelines..especially manuals, autos are much more forgiving..
  14. your car was pretty modified before it was put back to stock to sell, not suprised you had problems with it...
  15. you'll find one for 10..lol, its just a waiting game..they may be advertised for more..but trust me they don't sell for that...seen plenty with leather/sunroofs go for 10 after being for sale for 15, then mid 12's for 6 month at a time I imported my s.2 , 4wd full dayz kitted, leather, heated seats, double sunroof, lowered and exhaust, cost me $10,500 registered and complied...its mint. I imported it because i coudn't find a white one, heaps of black and silver ones though

  21. not suprised, being auto...my 4294 with a .91 T6 housing wasn't any laggier than a 3540 1.06 on a RB30 single cammer really with a auto only a split second was a 3540 better and then the 3540 got fiercely trodden on...
  22. hypergear built one with a 3540 exhaust wheel in a .63 housing , did 330-340rwkw on pump or somewhere around there on stock exhaust mani
