  9. mmm, i am only getting around 300km to a tank atm , mainly hills driving slowly ... f**king need a tanker behind the thing, its costing me a fortune after 2 weeks of wife driving it .. Thats what i was always going to be doing with the R31, the build has just blown out by yrs..and my brother is doing with his gemini atm, ollie on ct forum has already done it on his 9.9(think that what it run) sec full street trim vl , stock rebuilt na bottom end to.. Theres a few other kits aswell, coolingmist, devils own etc...i have a cooling mist trunk kit on the stagea, fits in the back area well and plenty of room for shopping and kids shit cheers darren

Just waters fine..sometimes it comes down to ignition system,it can be a balancing act using stock type ignition systems , methanols a lot easier to fire just depends on what your using it for and your goals. We ran water and meth/water in my brothers car, made 8rwkw more with a 50.50 mix. cheers darren

HKS did a kit for the 4agze aswell, re: the air compressor..a crazy ex mate yrs ago tried it on his GTR, he had a tyre inflater air compressor, connected up to eleventy billion 2 litre coke bottles in the boot of his car, hooked up to a solenoid ..adelaide people may have seen it..lol...i don't think it worked, but man was it funny and loud..haha cheers darren

You'll need another auto then..i smashed built RE boxs to pieces 6-7 yrs ago in a car that weighs 400kg less than a stag(weight and revs kill autos) and it had a GT4294 aka a T51r with different design rear turbine wheel...the way boost comes on so hard will smash 2nd gear hub to pieces..you'd get a day or so out of it..i got 2..

No shit this isn't true..Rb30NA pistons have made way over 400rwkw time and time and time again, and thats in RB30's, let alone the stack of 9 and 10 sec 4 cyl motor these have been fitted to over the last 20yrs..lol, i mean there daily driven E85 vls with na pistons that run high 9's and have done yrs of service and they are still going. Anyway..if your going auto, better budget $4000 at least for a built Re401B..and even then they have a 350rwkw rating..plus they are in a heavy car so that won't be good for them, so maybe a KEAS RE403a with 4WD conversion..more money...lol If i was you guys i'd save my money..build a nice 300 ishawkw stocky RB25, and save the heartbreak, because i have a crystal ball and it tells me that you go chasing big power in one of these it will end it tears and be of the road half the time.. cheers darren

  22. the only way that would be 9 times out of ten would be if they were all stationary starts and yes anything can be made to look bad if its not given the right situation. my wagon would more than likely get chopped to 60-80 km/h ,which is fine cause i made that sacrifice chasing power, but after that it would be coming past you like a freight train as a black and white blur. Drag racing is from a standing stop last time i checked ?, and i woudn't race you, i would just go get my R31..lol, i bought the stagea to take the kids to school.. i only have 260 9.5 poncams, 3540 .82/ex gate and meth/water injection and all supporting mods for it..be fast for a stagea, but not a fast car..any more power than that and you'll spend your weekends replacing driveshafts and gearboxes..not my idea of fun..lol, but i bet it does a better ET than 99 percent of your LOWMOUNT RB26 TURBO SETUPS , not GTX 4 billion top mounts..lol( thats what i wrote i am pretty sure) You also missing something from a roll race, a auto car torque converter slips and bangs it straight to peak torque, you will have to rev through a entire rev range(being manual), exposing weaknesses if your area under the curve power wise is not so great.... debate... cheers darren
  23. err..if you think that..your a dumbass...and don't know much about drag racing.. you RB26 owners really need to get it out of your head its some mythical motor, yeh its not bad..much different to a NEO..err not really once you change turbo and things
