  1. Cool, least you probally won't have to change anything to lean on it harder, and you know the ignition system copes with that much water cheers darren
  2. caldina sounds good, my mate had one, felt perky, but i bought the stagea to modify a fair bit, have 3540 .82 /ext gate/700cc injectors, has a o44 and undercarsurge tank, water/meth inj, couple of big trans coolers , just saving to get the auto trans built atm, with bigger lock up converter then will bolt turbo on and crank it up... cheers darren
  3. It interesting to see how much water sombre was injecting, thats the most of have heard of for that power level, be interesting to know if he played with smaller jets to come to that conclusion or just sized up those ones and left it cheers darren
  4. on my R31 i injected 700ml per minute for 460rwkw(auto) cheers darren
  5. nah..long story...but its nearly finished being painted..again..and then will finally be reassemble, just being playing around with a stagea atm..so farkin heavy though..lmao cheers darren
  6. I'm injecting 320ml per minute atm (50/50 mix) on my stockish stagea (cooler/12psi/exhaust), switches on at 10psi and i get no bog or hesitation either, i think i will just leave the system like that then and not worry about a progressive controller as when i put a looser converter in it it will "flash" past that point anyway.. cheers darren
  7. lol, auto trans more than helps..it makes a big difference on a low profile radial, nowhere near the same shock on the sidewall cheers darren
  8. 420-460 km per tank now depending on driving, 600km on highway
  9. if you want E85, 320+ rwkw look at the walbro 400L or whatever it is maybe?
  10. sold because wife drives up in hills all day and a surge tank/044 setup was better for the application, if she didn't do that i would have kept it..it sold tonight anyways
  11. i think he might be a mismatch of parts and you will probally encounter surge.. cheers darren
  12. cool, thanks for your reply, might come in handy one day cheers darren
  13. what size exhaust housing do you generally use for Gt35 .82 response and more power?, sounds like a nice little turbo. cheers darren
  14. E85 vs wi, with most people its a no brainer if you have access to E85, its just simpler to setup once you have the fuel size sorted and its easier for the end user, especially if they are as not mechanical minded, however if you like working on cars and tinkering a bit , water injection is a lot more fun to play around with. cheers darren
  15. Unfortunately not, apart from hearing of some older guys playing around with the idea and testing it on a turbo 180B datsun in adelaide at some point 6-7 yrs ago at a country airstrip down victor harbour way i never did find out how it went or there findings, would be interesting cheers darren
