Hi guys, I have some gear for sale. - All items are located in Georges Hall, Sydney (2199). - Postage is paid by the buyer. - NO paypal!!! - Upon delivery, please inspect items and if they are not as I have described then please let me know. You have 7 days from date of delivery/pickup. This is a condition of sale. I am not interested in you coming back to me after 6 months! - If you require further photo's I will gladly take more and send them to you. 1: Item: Apexi power intake Condition: Fine. used for approx 5000 kms. Wont be needing it due to going single turbo. There is a little bit of surface rust on the brackets but a quick sand and a paint will sort that out. Price: $200 2: Item: Under boot surge tank. It was on my R33 GTR and holds 2 x 044's. I will throw in the pumps (2 of) however I don't know what sort of condition they are in. The Feed/Overflow and return bungs are -8. Condition: It could do with a clean and a repaint. Price: $200 3: Item: HKS Twin Turbo hard piping kit. This goes from the back of both AFM's and deletes the stock rubber piping. Condition: Fine. A quick polish and it will look good as new. Price: $300 4 Item: Hypertune airbox and Titanium lobster back intake pipe with K&N pod filter (RF 1015). This was made with a combination of a 6 boost exhaust manifold, Borg Warner EFR 8374 (9180 will fit also) and an R33 GTR. Condition: Perfect. It was made and i've decided to change it. Engine has not run with this setup on it. Price: $1,000 This photo is of a mates car. Box is identical but he just had allow piping done. I have shown this photo as it gives a better indication of how it all sits. 5 Item: Nismo gearbox mount. Condition: Fine. Used for approx 10,000 kms. Price:$50 Price: 6 Item: Haltech EGT sensors and bungs. Condition: Brand new. One packet was opened for photo purposes only. Price: $600 7 Item: Holley Dominator 12-1800 fuel pump Condition: Fine. It came off GTR NUR's R34 GTR. It was used for one dyno session and was in the car for approx 2 weeks. I would have used it but I changed how I wanted to layout the fuel system. Price: $350 8 Item: Turbosmart FPR 2000 Condition: Fine. Came off my car in working condition. Price: $200 Cheers, Paul.
  2. Don't bother mucking around with the Le Mans nuggets. Sell them off and buy a set of -5's or something if you're going twins.
  3. Thats what Hypertune did on mine, Pete. 2.5 inch to 3 inch 90 degree elbow.
  4. Only going off the info I had on hand at the time (an email that came through). How does it drive? Can't comment on how it drives now but as it was said earlier, "un optimised" it was a significant improvement in every way compared to the -5's. That's been said a few times now though so it's going to be interesting to see how much it's improved again in its finished state.
  5. Nicks car just in. -5's 424 rwkw at 24 psi 8374 1.05 462 awkw at 24 psi. Same setup, same engine. 3.0, 9.0:1 comp, 260 poncams. No graph yet.
  6. There was post in here somewhere of a 8374/1.05 on a built 2.6 tuned by JEM. 30 or 32 PSI by 4100 RPM and made 550 KW.

For what it's worth, most of mates are watching this thread and have woken up to the fact that GT dinosaurs are that, dinosaurs and have moved on. Not taking it personal. when there is data off Motec logs that an 8374 vs -5 are "on" in 1/3rd the time, what are you trying to defend?
  10. 8374 vs -5 in real world terms you CANNOT compare. Everyone that has gone between them both can't be wrong. -5 = prehistoric. Period.
  11. That really doesn't answer the question mate. You've obviously sat down and thought about the potential gains of a diff ratio change. What are you hoping to gain? For what's it's worth, put a RB25 NEO in it and enjoy life.

  14. Doesn't the EVO ECU only do a "duel fuel" (two maps only) and not a "flex tune"?

  16. I believe so. Waiting on a call back from the owner of the car. Why don't you ring 6 boob and ask? Bugger making a manifold when you don't have to. FWIW, I've never heard of the issue you're talking about. R32/full race with the PS pump yeah, not AC with a 6 boost.

  18. Turbine housing is awfully close to the strut tower. why is top mount so difficult? Buy a 6 boost manifold and bolt it on.

  20. More pumps, more gauges, more, more, more. Everyone forgets about where all this "more" is coming from.
