  1. "Yeah why?" Because you have already asked the question before and someone (Dale) has gone to the trouble of answering it already so the fact that you ask the same question again suggests that you haven't bothered to read the reply.
  2. Put a few washers under it. Or if you have already done that get a welder to raise it a bit more.
  3. I have a .63 housing on my RB30 - a 1.06 would be quite laggy on an RB25
  4. I have a genuine GM MAP sensor but I would be tempted top try one of the Hong Kong sourced MAP sensors advertised on US Ebay for about $12 post free! I would think they would be very similar to the ones you have linked.
  5. Well your call but 2x 1.0mm gives slightly less flow than 1 x 1.5 but has the security of two feeds instead of one (in the hopefully unlikely event that one gets blocked). On the other hand 2 x 1.25 flow a LOT more than one 1.5 (don't forget you can buy them from me unless you have a better source).
  6. Re dialing cams can be very time consuming which is why you can easily pay for a full day on the dyno to get a tune.
  7. Cam gears very worth while on RB26. Use a cheapo one myself on my R33 head - Loctite the screws if you're worried.
  8. Looks good. Any service history to back up mileage? A very close inspection should reveal if it is anywhere near a low mileage car. Compression test would be good. Wear on steering wheel. gear lever and indicator stalk etc?
  9. Heat Treatments new dragster is v6 based and uses a Motec. The more advanced Link ecus (such as Link Extreme) can control up to four cams.
  10. Depends...I replaced a CAS on an RB25DET which was running rough. When we got the CAS off it felt like a stuffed wheel bearing - turned roughly and sometimes caught almost solid.
  11. 4.363 are to be found in R33 and R34 GTS-4 25DE and also Stagea awd 25DE (not very common in Australia - most are DET).
  12. Do some research and see what your stock GTR cooler is good for.
  13. Send your shiny stainless manifold to Sinco Customs along with some pics of your engine bay and he will make you a manifold equal in quality to the six boost. When he made mine I took my car down and gave him the turbo and W/G and everything was custom made. I realize you can't give him your car but if you give him enough info you should be able to get a quality manifold that fits. But hopefully there must be a fabricator near you who could do the job.
  14. If you have a stock cat it presumably bolts up so you can unbolt it in a few minutes and have a look inside. What diameter is your new exhaust system?
  15. Use the stock throttle body and TPS. Why create problems for yourself ?
  16. No the snow button on the trans- I am assuming you have an auto - it selects awd and starts in 2nd gear
  17. I googled auto aircon cranbourne and got 120 hits
  18. Rather depends on what car they are off - care to enlighten us?
  19. Re 4wd on - you haven't accidentally hit the snow button?
  20. Have you considered unmodded stock intake manifold?
  21. What's so great about the Wavetrac and why is it not available?
  22. If its the same as an RB6 rail then yes it can be made to work but will require the right spacers.
  23. The cons are: Is it the best use of your money and headwork may be aimed at a certain powerband so find out if the result will meet with your requirements for the car. The pros are if done right and in combination with other mods and the right tune...more power!!
