  1. BTW, we now have 15 buying, so may be up for a discount? I'll have to see how we do that?
  2. Doing it today, had a couple of latecomers wanting mats. ##Group Buy has closed we are now ordering...........so everyone else missed out##
  3. So what sort? Sensodyne to take away the aching headlight?? Or Colgate with flouride to stop any further decay? Actually we used to use toothpaste on the old Suzuki 'waterbottle' two strokes speedo and tacho cover because they always went yellow and faded, that was back in the '70's. If your into metal polishing and you want to polish a pipe or your s/s muffler etc then an old woolen footy sock used with metal polish works great. You wrap is around the pipe and push/pull backwards and forwards. The best thing for cleaning your dash facia surround [the part that feels like shark skin] is an old worn out face washer/flannel. One of the good qual older ones, they don't leave lint or wear out if used properly. I also swear by Selleys All Clear for a flexible gluing agent for badges, side skirts and other such stuff. Otherwise its cable ties and race tape!!!
  4. No, doing it today. If latecomers want in they'd better be quick. If we get another couple we might be able to get the discount.......and put it into postage maybe??? But sort out refunds etc afterwards. I haven't paid yet just got this and replied: Apologies for the delay in getting back to you - we had a 40ft container arrive and this is the first chance I've had to get back in front of the computer. If you can shoot me your details (name/address/ph), I'll sent across an invoice with bank details on it. Regards So if you want in send money today asap............$251 for big mats, $232 for VSpec II mats. Sorry no R32 ones available, we tried and not possible.

  6. Hadouken has kindly offered to pick up and bring back in his vehicle for Sydney siders. He reckons he will be in Melbourne over Xmas......look for his offer in this thread. And thanks Dan, appreciated. Now my FWIW.........Import Monster haven't got back to me with banking details yet. When they do I will be paying the whole $3,206 plus my $502 to them. BTW my bank account looks healthy ATM........lol pity it won't last but mmuuuusssttt hhhhaaaavvvvee mmmmaaattttsss [said in a croaky desperate voice]!!!! Thanks all, stay patient, I'm now serial pesting Import Monster with emails

  8. Bit early I'd say, mats haven't even been ordered or paid for yet. They are still in the land of the rising sun as far as I'm aware. IMMACUL8 lives in West Oz and he asked me to check on postage etc and the response I got was: Hi Mate we can arrange freight to Perth no problems, we don't actually use Auspost much because of their silly size limits - we have a range of courier companies that we use and we'll certainly be able to find the most appropriate way to pack it and send it to make sure it arrives safely, at the cheapest possible price Not sure how they will be delivered to us from Nissan, experience says it'll probably be in a box that's twice as big as necessary though! Cheers, Aaron IMPORT MONSTER They deal all over the country so I think they will have it covered. I'd wait, I'll definitely let you all know when the supplier has them in Australia and ready for us.
  9. Yep, is so!!!
  10. Nah, didn't cheap out......it was just what they recommended is all. Price was not and never is my main consideration. Value for money is another argument altogether.
  11. I reckon I'll be buried with mine..................gunna be crowded though, already have two motorbikes to throw in as well. Any vehicle that can be pushed as hard with a standard motor - such as the humble RB25 or 26 - to the point where you can get more than twice the power output for every day reliable street use for stuff all $$$ and TBH minimal mods deserves respect. I honestly cannot see the point of your thread.........but its a free world until you shoot someone!!!
  12. Can't get it out here, I use 98 sometimes, but mainly 96. I have WMI and don't go for or need anything with rotten vege juice in it!!! Had a Nismo pump before [from Nengun so assume it was genuine], was getting very noisy, so I reckon it was on the way out - surprise really cos it hadn't done that much work, probably 40,000km max.
  13. Just yellow goop everywhere that is hard to clean off!!!! Makes your car look like its got a weeping pus hole
  14. I'd still patch that head up when you get it out, its not the end of the world.
  15. Everyone has paid and funds are cleared.............sent an email to the supplier yesterday, waiting on a reply for banking details etc. So basically we are ordering and paying............hopefully today - if the supplier gets back to me.
  16. Your washer bottle is mounted lower than your rear window squirter so it can't drain unless you are parked on a hill. So it has to be as 89CAL said, the motor is not turning off or something. You could also try pulling out the fuse for the washer motor and seeing if that stops it happening, same as unplugging but easier to get to. Just check what else that fuse does.......you may not be able to if it is also the fuse for other functions {I can't remember atm].
  17. taps foot
  18. Choo Choo..........
  19. No experience at it, but its worth a try. I know that some vehicles exhaust studs actually go into the oil galleries and the instructions say to use a sealant and not to screw the stud in too far cos it will hit the pushrods [ok its a diesel truck motor but the principal is the same]. Only thing I could add is to leave the thread in the hole tapered as well so that the grub screw will never ever work loose and fall into the motor. It can only fall out, not in - and it won't fall out cos the exhaust stud will be covering it.
