    Hicas Relay

It is situated in the front passenger side of the engine bay; below the airbox. Also check the Attessa fusible link in the fusebox in front of the battery.
  2. Get in contact with Scottynm35; he may be able to help you.
  3. Yes it was; and you're dead right. They hope you're a complete imbecile and will just pony up the cash. We got it sorted; but there's been a big jump in price in the last month or so. QBE were cheapest with $593; which is a tonne better than NRMA's $756
  4. Just get online and look at the catalogues of Whiteline and SuperPro. They share many arms and bushings with Z33 V35/G35.
  5. Lol, got an NRMA greenslip renewal for the bunky Mazda today; $756! They must think people are retarded! The Stagea was $460ish, and our other identical Mazda was low $400's as well. And people reckon Edward lees is a shonk...
  6. I'm amazed no one has grabbed the rear Aero bumper; they are unbelievably difficult to find.
  7. You will also have issues with the front and rear bumper skins; as they have moulded extensions that line up with the wheelarch flares.
  8. It's like a DIN sized open box set into the fascia below the head unit.
  9. Lol, over 96db is illegal.
  10. I think they're M12x1mm pitch. 1.25mm is standard for a 12mm thread; I remember them being a finer pitch, with would be 1mm.
  11. 4 star NCAP with just driver and passenger airbags, and 5 star with the side curtain airbags. It depends what model you have as to how the airbags were optioned.

    M35 Brakes

    They bolt straight on.
  13. A clamp probably won't help; but a solid application of tape around the join will tell you if you're on the right track.

    M4 Toll

The heaviest traffic runs from Centenary drive to James Ruse drive in the afternoon; the toll will push a lot of traffic back on to surface roads. This will help reduce the congestion on the M4 but delays will just be transferred to roads which are not equipped to deal with it. I'll have no alternative to paying the toll, but it will still be less than the M7-M2 tolls to get to Macquarie Park; which are extortionate. This ideal "user pays" system that our state govt desires, is totally failed by a sub-par public transport system; and a lack of initiative to actively decentralise business. We fill our roads with cars and trains with bodies and travel huge distances because employers and successive governments refuse to provide incentives to business to move out of a 30km square of radically overpriced real estate. Then we have these same short sighted governments scolding us like naughty schoolchildren; because we are "addicted to our cars"... f**k off dream boats.
  15. That'll do the job nicely; well done!
  16. And you can camouflage yourself among the bogans in any major city.
  17. Could be tricky going 2nd hand on a new Impreza. I'd get a quote; then make the decision.
  18. There is a big shake up coming in the CTP industry, and the state govt and insurers attempts to more than triple the price of CTP 2 years ago were comprehensively thwarted; largely by the lobbying efforts of motorcyclists. They want their money though, and they'll smear anyone but themselves to protect their gravy train.
  19. Even with minimal lowering; the 19x9.5 +24 would be essentially flush with the guards, It makes a huge difference. 19's don't necessarily look small; but if you get the sidewall height wrong; the guards will swallow up even 20's and make them look tiny. Have you thought about increasing the rolling diameter, and going up in aspect ratio to fill the guards? The speedo reads miles under anyway (around 10%), the extra rolling diameter doesn't blunt performance by much, and you'll vastly improve ride in the process. Just a thought. Wheels look great!
  20. Whiteline sway bars are almost identical in their dimensions to the OEM part; so I'd expect them to be very similar. On some bars they do make allowances for larger diameter exhausts; which is a nice touch on modded cars. There are guys who will custom make to your specs; I've used one before, and his work was excellent. Where are you located?
  21. At a DBA brakes tech night a while back; the guys from DBA made the comment that Australia is a bit of an anomaly in the worldwide brake market, because of the fact that we tend to machine rotors rather than replace them as a matter of course. Most markets simply replace the rotor, if they get a lip, or develop shudder/noise; which I thought was quite strange. Turns out we aren't a s much of a disposable society as I'd thought.
  22. There are a few floating around Ben; the NSW FB Stagea group wouldn't be a bad spot to post as well.
  23. I'm on hols currently; but I'll happily help you with part numbers etc if no one else comes to the rescue in the meantime.
