  1. E85 duty varies so much over normal PUMP, and not by small margins either. Maybe we need to start a thread about it or something just with results, AFR (or EGT) and so on?
  2. Yeah cause as we've seen, some tuners love 10:1 AFR's lol. That is certainly going to damage the duty cycle.

  5. Given he asked what power level - estimated you'd say 400rwkw would be the limit. Maybe a tad more, maybe a tad less. With bumped rail pressure my 700cc Sards are @ 65% max duty with 360rwkw on PULP (20psi). So 400rwkw on 700cc/E85 (allowing for 35% extra fuel) would be 100% duty with the bumped rail pressure. So you could say the 800cc on a 2.6ltr might just scrape in. But you won't know till you get there.

  7. Sorry but this isn't going anywhere, and no-one here can help. Contact the Police, they are your only real option. In the future, do not blindly EFT money to someone that you have not seen/known. That's just silly. I mean would you walk upto someone random person in the street and give them $500 and tell them to give you something in a week - when you have NO other details? Sounds kinda silly now doesn't it? As that's exactly what you have done. End of the day, buyer beware. Bet you are kicking yourself for not driving 2 hours.

  10. Windscreen is less than 250 And was the exhaust noise noted as a problem? If not don't spend money on it. Baffle plates are only used for EPA when the car is stationary.
  11. DLI isn't needed. Coil packs, hard to say. It's sorta s wait and see, might be fine. I'm still running stock packs.

  15. Subjective question - no simply answer. It depends on the motor, turbo selection. Who built it, how much (or little) porting and all assocciated. There is a fine balance between everything so it can be either/or. My built motor runs stock cams as proven with the head combo i have, it is more responsive on/off throttle than cars with bigger cams.

  17. haha yes true that. Although they 'eventually' get there provided the sensor is in good condition, of which is anyones guess if it aint been replaced. Either way sounds normal when you are using heavier oil
  18. Agreed to an extend only given his current time of 13.30 @ 107 & 2.0 60ft is quite decent, so the OP can certainly pilot well enough. If he can get the 60ft down to 1.7 with the ET Streets then he is looking at a 12.8 up the other end (or there abouts) Get the 60ft down to 1.6 and then it'll be pretty close to 12.6-12.7 Not quite a 12.5 but it's not gonna be far off that marker.

  21. Just link with simply img tags [img= link ] Or just use the "button" to hyperlink them. It keeps stuffing up because you keep changing the fonts, sizes and then not closing the HTML tags correctly. Some forums will tolerate it, ours does not. If you stop trying to font/resize etc & just using the plain old standard text with IMG tags, it will work every time. Plus it's easier to read the standard forum font.
  22. Full ADR testing is required in Vic for full modification approvals. The mod plate certification in other states does not mean the full testing was done, which it wasn't, so hence not legal. Most VASS are rather strict down here. Best to talk to them BEFORE you go buying. Give them pictures, photos etc. If you tell them first it'll save ass ache later on
