Not a problem as long as there are no loose items. Often some people have a few loose bolts etc lying in the wells - not a good idea should you hit something. A flying bolt would make a fair mess of your egg.

Only past the point where the 25 one is limited. The 25 one, as stated, will see better @ lower airflow. Hence a Z32 can read higher airflow. Just about AFM calibration.

AFM won't make much difference. Plus if it is mis-firing and wasn't properly tuned... You kinda answered your question

Checked the F/S section? People usually wrecking/changing to hard pipe or going single & selling the turbo piping section so you might need to buy a couple pipes/hoses - good for backup though Might not find one "today" however. I'm also sure you could get them from Nissan, for that kinda item I reckon it wouldn't be too expensive if you can get someone to order it @ Trade.
