  1. Attached a map to the first post Obviously doesn't explain the fact you are doing 150km/h+ on a massively bank wall etc. Can't wait!
  2. See the Vic thread Dane: http://www.skylinesaustralia.com/forums/topic/373729-track-battle-calder-park-thunderdome/ Myself/Richo/Martin are in so far. I think a few more might be in the next couple of days based on discussions goin on last week. SAU-Vic will also have a stand/display for the Motive Car Show - info on that tomorrow after committee meeting tonight Noel is just complaining for the sake of an e-war now as it has "drifters" in the same suburb. I mean look @ map of any track, on paper they never look anything like what it is actually like to drive. Let alone @ 150-200km/h like you are on the wall of the dome which is quite the level of fun
  3. Yep, it's an expensive trip. I could tell from your first post that you perhaps had not looked into it, as if you really wanted to be running 750hp from a 2.6ltr, you wouldn't be asking on the internet first You'd be better off with a 2JZ IMO. Plenty of bolt-on cheap from the US.
  4. Do you have a 20k+ budget?
  5. As per rules - post items & prices or this will be locked.
  6. Prize overview Prizes now around $4500 now, with more to come $550 in Shell fuel vouchers $500 in Castrol Oil products (also 100 merch packs to give away) $1000 in Yokohama vouchers $1000 in NPC Clutch vouchers $1200+ - FULL Xforce exhaust system (turbo back) Also 4 Hot Laps up for grabs in Mercury R35 & Willall R35 Willall R35 looks like it might be getting a big motor upgrade too before the event too! Also rumour has it Import Monster are going to chuck another pack together with some added awesomeness... Get the entries in
  7. All N1s are N1s - not ceramic All R34 turbos are R34 turbos - all ceramic Each N1 had a different variant. R32/R33 N1s are laggy POS turbos, R34 N1s are the same as Garrett -7
  8. Plus i believe it was emailed to all NSW members by Shell haha ye im working on a special surprise for you NSW boys...
  9. Took the P/W out Paul, dont want non-members entering yet as it'll make processing a nightmare Also don't stay in Benalla, stay in Shepparton
  10. Yeah "on the day" will be more expensive. As members only have access at the moment. So get in while you can. The DVD will be awesome. Its a 60-70mins of footage & produced by MotiveDVD - going to be utterly amazing
  11. Ah i see where the single pegger comes from. The VSPEC A-LSD works, but not when the wheels are not straight... As the pics show... Thanks for the shows Will, now it just makes me want a Nismo rear diff
  12. Qld are in the process of coming back onto SAU from the separate forum. Things might be a little delayed whilst everything is redesigned.
  13. There is no "rego" as such on the Friday, just anyone and everyone settling in as people are coming in at all different times etc. On the Sat morning @ Winton it will all happen & you can collect your packs etc. Much easier with everyone @ the same place, less running around for everyone. It'll all occur Import Monster tent - but there will be signs on the day so you wont get lost Looking forward to having a few beers with you blokes! Good to see a few SA member entries already in
  14. He is US, so it would be a bit more + delivery. So closer to 1400-1500... But that's what you have to pay for a decent manifold. A turbo capable of 370rwkw+ = need good supporting mods. A cheap manifold/gate setup is not one.
  15. Not possible safely. 280-290 is do-able... 40rwkw hike wont come from E85 alone. Which means pushing stock turbos further than you already are. Personally id never go above 1bar with stock items given if they let go, your engine stands a reasonable change to go with it.
  16. 1. 3.5 inch exhaust is minimum requirement 2. Well you won't really wanna push too hard anyway, so sorta hard point with -5s as you need to push to make power. 3. Just get HD garrett ones, $250 from GCG 4. Dont bother, they crack too easily.
  17. Top 10 after only one successful run in arvo battles... Lol winner
  18. Oh sh*t i f**ked it up LOL 15 of you will get a duplicate email... Sorry Better to have two than none though
  19. I'm sure one of them will let you know (I actually sent the info last night). I think NSW is doing it via E-mail to club members. Vic is doing it via PM & Email.
  20. All State Clubs have been given the private access information. Hopefully they have all posted it up in Member Area's for you, or emailed it out. Entry will go up tonight, details were all in info provided
  21. Don't forget in a PFC you can just "select" the AFM, and it already knows the calibration out of the box. Doing it manually would cost time to test & tune etc. Whilst it is cheaper to do it to a stock AFM than purchase a Z32 AFM for instance in pure cost - end of the day it still costs you money (tuning/testing) & a lot more in time and effort. I reckon it would be lucky to be $100 difference @ the end. You also have to remember you still have an OLD AFM element/sender. Doing a transplant could just be enough kill it so all stuffing around to find the AFM is playing up or gives you grief whilst trying to tune? Not fun at all
  22. I don't hate BOV's, just a lot of people swap them over and pay the price (poor running etc), and then come back in a few months with another thread about stalling/backfiring or economy etc. If you go about it the right way however (which means retune, custom work etc), then it's all good. There just aren't a lot of people willing to do things properly and then complain about the half-baked set-up that results.
  23. Castrol EDGE - Oil prize value of $500 - Heaps of Merchandise & packs to give away over the weekend Yokohama ADVAN - 2 X $500 ADVAN Tyre vouchers towards your next purchase.
