  1. given it's a conversion, i'd start with the wiring/sensors.
  2. I can point you in the direction of a certain NSW spew-bucketeer that could do with a ethnic welcome into Victoria. Would require you NOT to get lost going up one road to Shepp though... Think you can handle it?

  4. Anyone can come along and check out on the days mate. There are no tickets/entry fee's for spectators, it is 100% FREE Only fee's are if you are attending the Track Day or Show'n'Shine... But ye, checkout the SA thread. Fair crew coming over
  5. This. Much better option.
  6. One thread is enough.
  7. GT3076 Read the RB30 hybrid dyno thread. Find user "Al" - graph speaks for itself.
  8. Links? No small pot-6 RB20 I've seen has turned a turbo as good as a big pot-4 SR20. Would be interesting to see either way.
  9. Is it secure? The requirement as per the supp regs is that it is secure. How you mount it is your choice. So it cannot obviously be moving in any direction and work loose.
  10. SIF move it OP - It's been asked plenty of times before. Please use the search. If you want a fast answer = don't bother. It's too much effort, that is what all the past threads will tell you.
  11. so what is it?
  12. lol @ Cargo net. Ill send email later RE: Drive up for us.
  13. Pretty securely might not be enough mate. When I've been doing it, people that have them drilled into the backing MDF where the battery is - get knocked back. Simply because 99% of them I've been able to move the MDF by hand. Imagine a heavy amp doing the rounds should you end up in a spot of bother. Simply not worth a risk.
  14. If it's the same setup that ran 117mph (as per sig) and now just going E85 Stock lines will be more than adequate.
  15. Ye there is a heap of SAU-Vic people entering the Track side of it, should be a top event
  16. The first thing on your list should have been a case of beer. Otherwise the list looks good, just remember to have ALL loose items (incl spare tyre) removed for when you go through scrutineers. I've lost count the amount of people I've sent back over the years for this like loosely bolted in Amps/Sub's & other various items in the boot. All it does is waste everyone's time holding up the morning
  17. It should still POST, and then spit out the error??? A new "test" forum with some updates is being made by Christian at the moment which I'll play with soon. Hopefully it should fix up the issues.
  18. I'll get back to you hopefully in a couple of days on that. We are working with a regular photography group @ Winton to offer photo packages on the day. Once that's sorted - will post up. I know Matt Ev was interested in it all as well.
  19. haha indeed - just got up Welcome aboard to MotiveDVD. Andrew & Co. will be coming along to make the SAU Nationals DVD. I have a good feeling about the how ridiculously awesome it'll be. MotiveDVD were even good enough to organise cheap reproduction of the DVD for us to save everyone else money when buying it
  20. Well i can only tell you that which I've seen first hand. Others might have seen cars go over 700. Im not going to tell you 1000 if I've not seen that consistently... That would defeat the purpose. Plus you never said how much you wanted in the first place. Had to start somewhere.
  21. where did i say 600 was the limit? Your build thread is quite interesting, what block modifications etc are you making? There is no mention of it.
  22. I dont think they are any 'more' harsh than the other. Its just the power rating, so different plates. Should still drive pretty much the same.
  23. That's more so because of a corporate arrangement more than anything else i would imagine. I can get a 45% discount @ BSC and their pricing is still more expensive than most other places without the discount. They pretty clearly price it through the roof if they can give such discounts in bulk.
