  1. Possible but extremely rare, buy the STi yourself as well? With no external funding (ie olds giving you a savings account, money for 18th etc?) I mean a degree by 20 is rare as it is, you'd have been @ uni since 16-17 and clearly not a dumb kid, so fair enough in that respect and well done if you've been able to achieve it. Do you still live @ home though? That question was nicely avoided so im guessing yes - which makes all the difference To the OP - you are talking about what, 80-90k of GTR, that wont appreciate for many years as stated. Fat chance of it going up in the immediate term, and if you intend to buy it and drive it - adding KM's is probably going to cause depreciation. You'd need to hard park it in a bubble realistically. Smart move is to buy property first.
  2. Oh... well you posted in a RE001 thread, so one assumes its on topic... Never heard of "playz", they sound like a Bob Jane all-rounder equivalent.
  3. Considering the volume of orders they are getting, I'm not surprised The Fed-Ex guy said thats basically all he is doing. Delivering tyres every day all over Victoria lol. So it seems plenty have worked out cheaper pricing is available. Be interesting to see if the Aussie Distro's stop gouging the market over the next 6 months. Cause if the dollar stays around the mark it is now, there is certainly going to be an increase in imported goods.
  4. Want forms? I aint got anything yet?
  5. I need one NFI of size SAU-Vic reprezent y0
  6. Oh does it? Not that i go... lol. I actually don't think there is particularly much on this weekend event/attraction wise. I think there might be a Egyptian Museum display or something? Either that or its coming up, that would be kinda cool And bring warm clothes x 10
  7. it'll be cold, and probably wet... you should rethink coming here. its fken miserable and its only May
  8. It's coming kids http://www.dailytech.com/Duke+Nukem+Forever+Goes+Gold+Nears+Release+Date/article21721.htm Disc has gone GOLD, no stopping it now!!!
  9. I know i know. Just a reminder mate
  10. Oh come come, there are ways around that, and lots ex-US seem too have sticker anyway.
  11. Also remember US sizing can at times vary, so just be mindful of this as Helmuts certainly can be different after a mate was caught out like that. Was just lucky another mate of ours was chasing a helmut and it was a fit
  12. My 5TB RAID5 array does arond 150mb/s - SSD's can blow me ATM. Still not decently priced and SI/SII SSD's are no good unless you have 120gb min
  13. They system is physically different in terms of the actual mechanics so it would probably not work. If there was a schematic for the system you could compare. Things like extra sensors, inputs and stuff might exist?
  14. Wait till you get to 260rwkw+ then. You need a tacho that starts @ 4000rpm
  15. If this is going to be a GB - please use the GB section and follow the GB requirements - we have em for a reason Until some asshat lets the oil outta your car in a carpark/driveway and then you are in the shit
  16. Considering the FB spam from Superlap/Hi Octane - I'd be surprised if anyone in the world didn't know already
  17. No specific gain performance wise. Just easier to work on really, and you need to deal with the heat - so perhaps a minor hinderance (that can be fixed). It's here nor there really - Just custom everything made up to suit relocation which is $$$. Nice to be persistent/challenge, but RB25 is a better option realistically dollar for dollar.
  18. I have RE001's on my GTS-R, 280rwkw RWD - you can read my post on page 1 for more details. One of the best tyre for the dollar in the wet that's ever been on it. I've never done burnouts on them etc. I've found in the past doing burnouts on street tyres can make them go "off" and be uttery useless. If you don't have traction I'd look @ other things like suspenion, diff etc.
  19. I still remember racing you all night @ Calder, fun times. You've gotta weigh up cost vs gain, the plenum itself + retuning etc is basically RB25 motor money.
  20. I've not, but most of my close mates have recently. Around 300-400 USD delivered for shipping. So for instance you can get AD08s here for like 1400-1500 landed (265/18s). Depending if you get tax stung, and exchange rate etc. You'll be paying 2200-2400 IIRC locally. It's a no brainer. Bridgestones you save even more on as markup here is offensive. Not worth it for cheap tyresm but expensive road tyres/semi comps, cannot be beaten. Infact semis (048s) and the hi-perf street AD08s are basically the same price delivered lol
  21. Love how the run starts @ 4500rpm
  22. What ad shows up after it loads? Still not having issues
  23. lol high roller... It's called tirerack.com
