  1. Like every President before him, you deal with the situations that arise at the time. Sadly it's generally a thankless job plagued by backbenchers with little idea of the effort levels required.
  2. Just looked like your yearly whinge though?
  3. That all depends on the surbub, a blanket statement like that is far from accurate. I can tell you now inner burbs pricing for the property and corresponding rental price has not gone down from what ive seen. Further to that at rental inspections, it's not uncommon to see 30+ people go through a place in a 15min period, same as it was 2/3/4/5 years ago. Those same people you'll also see over the course of a week going to all the other places in the immediate area generally. Demand is certainly not low and I would say unchanged for years.
  4. Aye and it is going to be awesome IMO
  5. I'm on SAU a LOT at the moment and there was certainly a problem over the weekend, but since yesterday it's been ok. The week prior i was in NSW/ACT so I wasn't on a PC for 4-5 days so if it did start then I wouldn't have noticed.
  6. Just get RDA slotted - near enough to the same as a DBA4000 and significantly cheaper. Won't notice a difference in a street application.
  7. Car is now part of a claim and AFAIK it's illegal to alter it so you cant "just go down" and start stripping bits off, especially if they are listed on the policy. If not then, well, thats kinda silly as you cant recoup the value in that respect. Some policys include salvage rights, some do not. So call your insurer and take it from there.
  8. Firefox and Chrome are fine for me post the issues from 36-48hrs ago.
  9. I've run N1 pumps for 8 years, 3 now over 3 builds - don't smash the limiter and you won't break them. That said, i did smash limiter constantly and never broke one either (on the recent build from 2 years ago, no problems). But that's another debate entirely really - use the search and form your own opinion on the matter is my best suggestion - there are only a few people with broken ones and a lot without.
  10. You'll always have a problem 00:00-00:05 whilst the backups are running. 2 days ago there was a minor lag/delay due to the server where the Advertisments come from (they are not controlled by SAU). I noticed as other forums that use the same ad server were also having intermittent issues.
  11. Was more parked so i didn't end up with a fine from parking on the street
  12. There are forums dedicated to property investment, read those That's my input... I'm not looking at property currently. Playing stocks & starting up a business instead.
  13. There are a dozen threads on these turbos. If they are not enough for you to make an informed choice and/or decision - then you never will make one. Perhaps flipping a coin if in said situation. Closed.
  14. The Oxley's certainly have picture taking down to a fine art. looks brilliant
  15. Always helps to have a pair in the toolbox just incase
  16. I've got a couple of ideas for the DVD...
  17. I'm now confused given you said the above. What post turbo pressure reading did you take?
  18. Given it's a 10min job to drop the exhaust and do a run, surprised you didn't to rule it out as an issue if you went to the effort of testing the pressure. BUT... you tested the pressure, so you would know if it was a problem or not... So what were the results of that test? Was it overtly pressurised? Either that or cam timing/belt is out a tooth. Seems fairly common that one.
  19. I haven't washed it in 3 months and I drove to Sydney and back last week. I'm a sure fire winnner.
  20. My preparation will consist of the following. - Get out of bed - Shower/clothe myself then eat breakfast. - Get into lift, go to my car, open doors start it - Drive to Como park - Park car - Admire it in it's full commodore glory - Go home
  21. Yeah yours are certainly inside There will be some hairline cracks, mine had a few. But they are just surface and if you cut/sand them back then you can remove them totally. Seems fairly common with aged/weathered R33 Xenons
  22. That is the entrance to the top oval, not the bottom
