  1. Is there a nipple there that I can use or does one need to be tapped.
  2. So long story short, I have been cleaning up the brothel of an engine bay and analyzing and fixing up the poor attempts at many things. Anyway, I noticed the Vac line to the fuel reg was T-pieced 3 times. So I ran a new hose to the reg from the (Blue arrow) and fuel pressure gauge shows good pressure (same as before). Then ran another hose to the EBC Map sensor and aftermarket mechanical boost gauge from the( yellow arrow) and the readings are horrible. Went for a drive to test everything and with the throttle shut the gauge reads 0 psi, as I open the throttle it goes into vacuum as per normal and as i come onto boost the gauge shows lower positive pressure and the gauge needle moves erratically. Then I changed the source to the plenum and the readings were fine but no Vac of course. Can this (yellow arrow) source be used normally? Is there another Vac/Boost source? Can I screw a vacuum nipple to the (green arrow) and is this a reliable source? Thanks

  4. Pretty much. I think they machine the housing and put bigger wheels in them. I will find out tomorrow.
  5. It will. It will start spooling earlier. Went from 7 to 15 psi spring and just ran it it off the gate to get base spring pressure and noticed the difference immediately.
  6. How does it compare to the TO4Z you drive a while back? Speaking to a local turbo guy and he said he can mod a Zed to bring it on 800rpm earlier, make more powa, and improve the already good part throttle transient response. Not sure if its an exaggeration, but interested to hear ur thoughts. He also mentioned these EFRs and SXEs are very very good. [emoji2] [emoji2] [emoji2]
  7. Hmmmm. I am in 2 minds atm. In a GTR I have the BOVs venting in the guard and considering removing them altogether So the question is whether or not I will see a noticeable change in transient response on part throttle. Any advice would be great.

  10. Me too. Just have no love for the 2wd auto conversion. Just get a normal skyline or falcommodore if you want to do that.

  14. The key is to put a decent amount of clear coat to stop them chipping. Any wheel paint will do.
