  1. + that pic in your sig will make people forget what you've just written
  2. as above really, but i'd take a nice clean import motor over a rebuilt one unless it's forged & built by someone reputable
  3. just leave the neo head on?
  4. nice wrap up for the OP right there!
  5. /\ as above, could go the hypergear & check it properly if you're willing to sort it if it's not happy
  6. Yeah, ha yeah whoever took the whinging probably got a big bonus for the idea http://www.turbosmartusa.com/news/new-release-hp-wastegates
  7. as above, if you're pretty happy with how it's running just run it & do the 30 when the bell tolls for the 26, otherwise if money is no object 30 now
  8. the second option is for external gate, your turbosmart actuator is a IWG75? they take same springs as 38 ultragate etc turbosmart does a range of high psi gates now, come standard at 35 & 40 psi
  9. as above, anything bigger than the stock should be tuned, otherwise there's a good chance you'll blow the motor before the tuned cars in the unopened 300kw club (even though you have much less kws) Voncina- 7 psi on this turbo all good still?
  10. they work in combination, inner, mid & outer, if it's 5 psi it's probably an inner so could get a 7psi mid + 7psi outer for 19psi, check the spring colour that's in it then order from the spring combo chart
  11. checked the earths?
  12. How is the EFR8374 with the t3 housing?
  13. /\ Mother teresa! Most of these turbos do seem relatively unknown in NZ
  14. I've got a neo 30 on a slow build, which I'll probably go with the EFR 8374, won't be ready till next year though
  15. as above, should run enough for testing/short drive to dyno, throw some new plugs in before going on the dyno
  16. as above stock is fine for most, otherwise vh45 throttle body
  17. still needs the correct wiring setup
  18. as above, can be wired in but not direct plug in
  19. as above, r33 will usually have the half round type cas drive, the last of the s2s that take the neo style cas has a rectangle with a dip in the middle
  20. it'll bolt up to the auto, will run off the 33 loom & ecu if you change plugs, cas wiring & maybe coil wiring, assuming the 33 is a 25de not a 20e changing loom & ecu would be better
  21. Was a T56 @ 21psi, have just changed the turbo though & waiting to dyno
  22. Yeah, still only the two pumps. Taupiri Auto Store have drums of Gull E85 which works out around $3 a litre too, may end up having to go that way
  23. I've got a spare motor, things never break when you've got a spare E85 is still hard work in NZ
