paulr33
yeah a lot of my records are at least 1+ years old its just too expensive and im not that into it to keep buying the latest stuff plus i lack decent space in my room so i usually put one turntable away so dont use them too often. but it is good fun Link to comment https://www.sau.com.au/forums/topic/121821-what-to-do-on-a-sunday-afternoon/page/3/#findComment-2385714 Share on other sites
thorpe84
i been djing for 5 years i got 3 vestax pdx 2000's a technics 1200 (because everyone should have one) shure m44-7 and ortofon concorde carts, 2 ecler hak 320 mixers and a kaos pad series 2. what turntables and crap do you guys use? as for music, i hate this new "dirty house" shit they play all over the radio it all sounds so similar i prefer progressive trance and older house music. doxximus
My sunday involves getting into some hefty drum practice, drinking, then world of warcraft for the night. doxximus
In terms of records, my collection involves about 70 - 90. i dont have turn tables, but i like collecting. But now i've gone onto records which i listen to, away from all the break and trance and such i used to listen to in year 11, and onto all my queens of the stone age albums, mark lanegan, NIN etc. lots of fun.
