Darren I'm looking forward to your thoughts.

She should fit like a charm.

Ok, I fitted mine last night

My car is a series 2 Stagea with a Neo Rb25det and factory airbox.

I have a Apexi turbo, but it is a direct factory replacement, so everything should line up the same.

I had to trim the BOV return line spigots approx 15-20mm and the outlet end onto the turbo approx 15mm to get things to line up. I trimmed the BOV return spigot to the minimum lenght to just enough to get the clamp on.

I have not finish fitting the airbox/airflow meter yet, but had a quick trial fit. The inlet end will need trimming approx 15-25mm aswell.

The extra length is easily trimmed with a sharp packing knife and gives the flexibilty of it fitting to all cars.

Only took 10-15 minutes to trim and work out what was needed.

Overall. I am very happy with the finished product

Well done Bass, thanks.

well when i Put my 3037 on ill need bigger hole at the turbo end just wondering if they can make them with the bigger intake holes

I cant remember the size but I think it has 4" intake on them

Hey guys.

Unfortunately I've just received word that the factory is very busy and that the rest of the pipes wont leave for another 7-10 days.

Sorry to be a pain in the arse. With a fast start I was expecting a shipment to leave today or Monday, but my guy has informed me that they are running late.

I'll keep you updated as I go.

Cheers

Oh, and for those who have already received theirs, can you please give me trader ratings?

I've just discovered that they is a 'Top 15 rated members on SAU" and I'm only a few ratings away!!!!

I WANT ON THAT LIST!!!!

Fitted mine just now, required a bit of trimming on all ends but easy to do.

Fits well, I'm very happy with it.

Cheers again Bass

Hey Pete, When you expected to be done?

Because if they are done before the 25th of Aug, Maybe you could give mine and maybe Haysey's at DECA? Saves on shipping

Yo bass,

When should we be expecting the pipes.... I just remembered about it just today.. totally forgot that I bought one of these pipes LOL

Yeah an update would be great, also some feedback on them if any one else has put theres in would'nt go astray.

There are 2 feedbacks on fitment, just have a look above

Hi Guys,

Sorry I havent replied sooner, I've been flat out.

The pipes should leave OS in a couple of days, and, customs dependant, I should have them a few days after that.

I reckon you might be lucky enough to have them around next weekend if all goes to plan. :(

Cheers

    • We have a huge update coming in the next few months, version 5 of Invision will be released. I'm holding off any changes until after this change as I'm not sure what features will be removed or introduced.
    • Yeah, plenty of air flow, there is a dedicated path that feeds the air in to the OEM intake tube behind the bumper As for a "tangible effect", maybe, but getting the pod/intake air out of the hot engine bay is worth it psychologically to me, even if it gives no performance difference, so the tangible effect in my Lizard brain saysss yessss  In the end, to me a tangible effect isn't always about performance, sometimes it a sound or a look, or even a...... feeling  Ooga-Chaka Ooga-Ooga Ooga-Chaka Ooga-Ooga Ooga-Chaka Ooga-Ooga Ooga-Chaka Ooga-Ooga
    • yeah first and reverse is where you will find clutch release issues (whether hydraulic or mechanical) because the difference in revs required is the highest there; particularly changing down from 2nd to 1st when still moving. To be clearer though, it is possible that the clutch release bearing is the wrong height. This is less likely than a hydraulic issue but it is not unheard of when you are mixing and matching
    • Quite right, if you make it to that pension you deserve every cent
    • Hi all, Restoring r33 series 1 rb25det. All the heater hoses were on their way out, have replaced them and put it all back together. After testing I noticed a small leak from behind the head on the actual metal water line to the turbo when cars warm. I tried running a longer hose over it but it kept leaking...   I am about to take the (stock) manifold off again😔 to change the water line does any one have any lines they recommend? I was looking at Aeroflow Turbo Oil & Water Line Set but not sure what everyone else recommends. Car is completely stock but want to upgrade turbo eventually. it looks like ill have to disconnect a lot just to replace these lines so if there's anything else recommended to do please let me know. Thank you in advance!
