just saw that exact same page.....was about to post in here and see if any of you lot knew him...

what a losser!19 and he has a gtr,he does not deserve to have a gtr :) i mean we all remember the r34 gtr (evil34)in sydney that split in have and killed the occupants :) he is very luckey this kid :nyaanyaa:

i know the guy pretty well. hes a champion. flame him all u want, but i dont think he cares wat u pussy's have to say about him being caught. he was just a bit unlucky that the cops were there waitin for someone to do just wat he did.

he came out of toodyay rd, turning left onto roe hwy.

like earlier was said, its a good place to open her up there, the cops were hiding behind a bush in the middle of the grass island.

with in 300m he was at 200 and the cops were there standing in the middle of the road flaggin him down.

the cops were bored on duty police from east perth who decided to pull up and try catch some speeders! (from east perth... why would they be patroling roe hwy in middle swan???)

say wat ya want about him, but i bet all of u who recon hes a clown have sped ur car over the australian limit of 110km/h b4, and if u tell us u havent, then u shouldn't be drivin ur skyline! they are race cars, and yes i no they are meant for the track but u aint always gonna use it at the track if its license for the road, and its sittin in ur driveway.

the cars a machine!! i've driven it, and it can do well ova wat he was clocked for.

lets just say he was lucky to get clocked at 201.

Well I am not sure if you have noticed (either you or your mate) but the police & the state government have basically declared jihad on anyone who has even a half interest in cars. People doing stupid stuff like this only allows the government to further their agenda - why do you think their PR is so finely honed to publicising incidents like this?

Your mates actions (& people like him) are the direct cause of making life more difficult for anyone who owns an import or a modified car. So :nyaanyaa:

Lastly he wasn't unlucky to get caught. He was lucky he didn't kill himself. Or his mates. Or someone else. He should be thankfull the coppers stopped him.

Anyway with the amount of trouble he is in now & the repercussions this will have on him for a long time to come, no amount of internet flaming will make a blind bit of difference.

*cough* dickhead *cough*

wow 200kmh in only 300m, so that would make it a 10 second car.

and there is a difference between doing 130kmh to overtake a car and doing 200kmh cause you are a stupid brainless f**k.

and skylines aren't race cars. they don't have a rollcage, they have passenger seats, they are street legal, etc.

i think his daddy should take the keys off him and give him a good spanking...... although that is probably what he did to get the car in the first place

    • Hi, SteveL Thank you very much for your reply, you seem to be the only person on the net who has come up with a definitive answer for which I am grateful. The "Leak" was more by way of wet bubbles when the pedal was depressed hard by a buddy while trying to gey a decent pedal when bleeding the system having fitted the rebuilt BM50 back in the car, which now makes perfect sense. A bit of a shame having just rebuilt my BM50, I did not touch the proportioning valve side of things, the BM50 was leaking from the primary piston seal and fluid was running down the the Brake booster hence the need to rebuild, I had never noticed any fluid leaking from that hole previously it only started when I refitted it to the car. The brake lines in the photo are "Kunifer" which is a Copper/Nickel alloy brake pipe, but are only the ones I use to bench bleed Master cylinders, they are perfectly legal to use on vehicles here in the UK, however the lines on the car are PVF coated steel. Thanks again for clearing this up for me, a purchase of a new BMC appears to be on the cards, I have been looking at various options in case my BM50 was not repairable and have looked at the HFM BM57 which I understand is manufactured in Australia.
    • Well the install is officially done. Filled with fluid and bled it today, but didn't get a chance to take it on a test drive. I'll throw some final pics of the lines and whatnot but you can definitely install a DMAX rack in an R33 with pretty minor mods. I think the only other thing I had to do that isn't documented here is grind a bit of the larger banjo fitting to get it to clear since the banjos are grouped much tighter on the DMAX rack. Also the dust boots from a R33 do not fit either fyi, so if you end up doing this install for whatever reason you'll need to grab those too. One caveat with buying the S15 dust boots however is that the clamps are too small to fit on the R33 inner tie rod since they're much thicker so keep the old clamps around. The boots also twist a bit when adjusting toe but it's not a big deal. No issues or leaks so far, steering feels good and it looks like there's a bit more lock now than I had before. Getting an alignment on Saturday so I'll see how it feels then but seems like it'll be good to go
    • I don't get in here much anymore but I can help you with this.   The hole is a vent (air relief) for the brake proportioning valve, which is built into the master cylinder.    The bad news is that if brake fluid is leaking from that hole then it's getting past the proportioning valve seals.   The really bad news is that no spare parts are available for the proportioning valve either from Nissan or after market.     It's a bit of a PITA getting the proportioning valve out of the master cylinder body anyway but, fortunately, leaks from that area are rare in my experience. BTW, if those are copper (as such) brake lines you should get rid of them.    Bundy (steel) tube is a far better choice (and legal  in Australia - if that's where you are).
