Thanks FoxV35,

Yeah, a few mates and myself decided to drive down to the Grand Pacific Drive as none of us had seen the Bridge before. We drove through the Royal National Park to get there, was a fantastic drive.

How'd you guess? :P The first two photos were from a quick stop in the RNP and the third photo was on the South side of the bridge.

FoxV35, will do! I don't go often, that was the first time! That road through the National Park was such a nice drive. Apparently a lot of motor cycles go through there and there are a number of them that come off their bikes due to them pushing to hard around the corners.

Ogz, the RNP is south of Sydney, it's on the Alternate (scenic) route to Wollongong. You can locate it by looking for Loftus in Whereis.com.au or Google maps. One of the entrances to the RNP is off Princes Hwy, called Farnell Avenue. If you plan to stop in there, you have to pay at the front gate, but if you're just passing through, then it's free.

Nice, looks like you got the full nismo kit and also nismo exhaust. Score!

Nice! My exact twin in Adelaide!

There's no distinct difference in noise between the NISMO and the normal stock exhaust...though it gets more growly if more throttle is applied. Maybe it's just mine but there's also no difference when toggling the exhaust switch between the "sport" and "silent" modes..

No it's not exactly a Nismo edition, nor the body kit being a Nismo. It's officially known as the Nissan aero kit, a factory option I believe. :D The exhaust is known as V.S.S - Variable Sports Exhaust, another factory option. It's a bit difficult finding more information about it though.

The switch is located on the lower left dash, below the steering wheel (at the same height where the VDC/boot switch are, but on the left side of the steering wheel instead of right-if that makes sense).

    • The price isn't the issue, it's how hard my fuel pump is to remove now. I fabricated a custom bracket so my pump sits on the very bottom of the tank (I ran the tank down to 5L remaining to test it, works well). But it is a fkn NIGHTMARE to get the pump down into the tank now =/ words can't describe how much I hate fighting with the fuel pump/hanger now. The other issue is reliability, I'm driving down for WTA in a couple of months, I'd be less then impressed if I was half way to Sydney from Brisbane and my pump fails again =/ The other issue I had was my car battery was slowly failing, with low battery voltage my fuel pump couldn't keep up with what the reg was asking from it. I've replaced the battery and my fuel pressure is back to being perfect.  As for the low voltage situation that killed my previous battery, I've got a 150amp alternator sitting on my desk waiting to go in. Fingers crossed that will sort that issue.
    • OK so I just bidded $500 on an R33 GTS4 that no one seems to want. Waiting on a call from the agent to see if I won. 32 GTS4 is for sale. I can't deal with the temptation to mod it.

    • I know one example is a anecdote not data, but I'm running the same Aeroflow 525 at full voltage through a regular relay, and while I've had other fuel problems including melting the factory fuel hat, the pump itself has been fine for years. Of course, they aren't *that* expensive these days, you could swap in a new one and see if the issue is resolve. I think you had a previous thread about fuel problems, have you been monitoring and logging fuel pressure? Is there anything voltage related (for example does the voltage go up when the pressure goes down)
