Imagine if they could maintain that initial smooth steep power curve increase as the boost comes on haha

Stao, do you do the option to supply the rears ceramic coated once ordered?

I don't have the machine to do that. There is a workshop not far away that does ceramic coating, I think they charge around $100 a housing.

Another result to post. ATR43SS2 externally gated. This is the older version.

Usual 3 inches induction and exhaust, FMIC 600x300x75, 1000cc injectors, high mount, 45mm external gate, PFC E85 fue.

Hey Tao, its actually got 4inch intake, 4inch striaght through exhaust, 600x300x100mm cooler,50mm gate

Stao, How do you work it so the aircon drain pipe doesn't sit against the dump pipe? The flange on the rear of the turbo is so huge it pushes it all back and its melted my aircon drain pipe.

Any videos boostn looks brutal on paper what size dump pipe

Yeah was about to put a couple up now for you to see, the combo works really well, dump is 3 inch. Will put the link up soon when I get on the comp.

That would be awesome do you think the 3" dump could be bit of a restriction

With a 50mm gate to atmo I dont think its a restriction but if was plumped back then would be.

here are a couple of vids

Just a stock headgasket and std headbolts.

Stao.

Sorry if you've covered this already.

So you can get either the standard high flow for $850 with the line etc or the new model highfliow for $990 (the extra cost covers different internals and a high pressure actuator?)

So the r33 high flow on an r34 should do up to around 310rwkw with the right mods,

With E85 and Greddy return flow cooler what do you think it will max out at?

To put the non return flow cooler in did you have to cut out part of the battery tray (and cut the hole)?

Big responsive numbers from the high flow. Would like the response it offers

Good day, Yes the new actuator opens the waste gate bunk to 90 degrees. Which is included in the $990 option.

You will need E85 to get 310rwkws using a R33 high flow on a R34.

I'm usually seeing around 245rwkws with the return flow cooler, on E85 it is expected to reach 270rwkws.

To use PWR cooler or some thing in a 100mm front mount, you do need to cut under the battery tray.

    • Update all   thanks to the workshop manual, it lead me back to checking fuses as mentioned central locking and door open lights worked when acc was switched on. diagram attached shows two points of power 1. ACC and 2.  Batt with the later being fused (#28) I did check the fuses using a multimeter but I must have stuffed that up also. Went back and checked the batt fuse in interior fuse box and you wouldn’t believe it… a blown fuse. replaced fuse and everything is now working as it should including the climate control   thank you all with your positive insight and knowledge.
    • Where is the warning "That this thread is super old"   I just went into a 5 year old thread, went to do a reply, and couldn't see anywhere obvious a warning of it being super old
    • Duncan is correct. Pitwork (and Toyota's own cheap brand "Drive Joy") were primarily created as brands to sell other manufacturers car parts. It would be weird if Nissan sold parts for Toyota vehicles with a Nissan logo on it, so they created Pitwork to sell parts for other brans Toyota, Honda etc. They are not the same as Nissan genuine parts, although they *do* meet Nissan's standards for replacement parts. They aren't supposed to be a substitute for genuine parts, but a cheaper alternative that is better than Ebay fake parts from you-know-where.
    • Thanks GTSBoy, much easier to work with it now it's free!
    • I _think_ that one has a christmas tree or some other retainer spike into a hole in that panel under it. Come in under it with thin scredrivers and just pry it gently up. If you rip the ears off the retainer pin....so what? Just stick it back down after with a bit of race tape and carry on with life.
