Can't agree more, gotta say loveed the twin exhaust setup on the white GTR , very curious on what make it was...as the sound that come out was sex to the ears...

The exhaust on the white 34 GTR are brand Kakimoto exhaust but why they are so loud is because each turbo has its own seperate complete exhaust compared to normal GTR exhaust as after the dump pipes they join up and make 1 exhaust

Twins shouldn't make things louder just because they're twins. It's exactly the same as any other exhaust- it's up to the muffling capability of the mufflers/resonators. If you have twins but each pipe goes through a really quiet muffler they'll be quiet too.

Get this, driving down Forest rd Hurstville near KFC on Sunday night in my babe black 32 gtst after returning the video and the next I know this yellow flash flew past me which rocked my car like mini "Larry". When I got back on 2 wheels it was yellow R34 gtr (AUG-88*) with large wing I'm note sure what spec this car is. However, I got him at the lights Forest rd and King Georges pulled up next him to compliment his beast but dude turned his head away and pretended I don't exist what a Gerk :D , he does not deserve that car. I have seen the car parked around Hurstville area. That 34 is epitome of a sport car tough.

Actually, it didn't sound that loud from our car when it passed us. Only when it was gunned in the underpass, to which I thought it sounded bloody fantastic. A deep bellow turning it a high pitched scream, just like how a super car should sound, and IMO sounds better then the holden and ford V8's.

Also from what I understand a twin system should be quiter under cruising conditions, as it reduces the resonance compared to a big cannon system.

Spotted gunmetal grey Cefiro AWx.xxx somthing like that.

was behind me all the way from Ashfield Bunnings till we got on to Gladesville bridge.

Had IS MOTORSPORT sticker on the front window.. and looked to have flared guards.. ???

Once on the bridge, I got up to about 75-80km's as fast as I could only to hear a distinct rb26 howl as a grey blur went past me..

angry, angry car..

Spotted the "Mines" copycat Autostyle 34 yesterday at Wakefield. The car sounded fantastic on the straight but was slow through the infield. the guy kept on grabbing second. Enough Said.

    • Does it also misfire equally when revving?   Josh is very correct in what you should do. The coilpack harness wiring loom itself is a known problem due to its age and the number of heat cycles it has gone through. Throwing parts at a vehicle to diagnose the issue isn't a smart or good way to do it. Secondly, you may have a bad coil pack, you pop replacements in, they fix that issue, but messing with the harness breaks it, so the issue persists. So now you think "well it wasn't the coil packs" and have to continue chasing your tail, potentially swapping back in your shit coil packs and returning the good ones (yes, I've seen people do this because 'it wasn't the problem' and they want to save money). And suddenly, you've got two issues with the same symptoms...   Diagnose, don't use the spare parts shotgun.
