I dont start fights, I FINISH THEM.

I'm the guy who gets blamed at the end of the day just cos they happen to have me on security cam swinging a barstool

what?

Then we're gonna start checking out various steak joints and rate em..

Grill Room

1 Queens Rd, Albert Park

The end :D

I'm there 10 times a year, maybe more. Never had a bad steak yet in 6-7 years and most places i regular have horrifically fked up at least 1-2 meals in that time.

It's no $15 steak & a pot place though...

I don't do steak and pot deals. Standard is around $30 minimum but we do hit the odd place with a deal (2nd meal $5 etc) and the steaks are actually decent

Outback jacks isn't too bad.

I'll put your suggestion on the list though. Any others send em my way ladies

pub steaks are shite

mind you I'm pushing the publisher at work to try and get me in on some freebies by testing for the melbourne version of this:

You'll need someone to accompany you to give a more complete review. Let me know when and where.

six to ten inches, seriously.. the end of the pier was taken and taken quite early... so i dont think we'll get to fish that on sunday morning.. and i lost my bell. Need another..

There's a technique called edging. You slowly inch closer and closer to the spot lol

Dw, well get it no matter what, NO MATTER WHAT

Stone grill eye fillet @ Paesanos Knox, don't question it, just do if you haven't already. I have these almost weekly, it's a terrible addiction. You cannot top the advantages of cooking it yourself (instantly) to perfection, having the actual meal come out in 15 minutes, and having a permanently hot meal. $30 for 250-300 gram eye fillet (varies on the day, but a good size and always good quality meat) including sauce and chips/salad. An extra $15 will get you another piece of meat (never done this, so don't know if it's the same size or not). I've been to most of the well known steak restaurants in Melbourne and the only ones that have come close IMO in terms of taste / overall quality are $50-60 for a piss small eye fillet not including sauce etc. Outback Jacks was decent but it had me wishing I hadn't ventured outside of my comfort zone.

don't speed then silly :P

this time it wasnt speeding...this time it was a nice epa notice...hate that coppa...lucky kriss didn come for that midnight cruise....waiting to hear from others if anyone else got a notice...if its just me..then ill really get pissed off...man i shud hv dun a runner while i could....he sounded nice to let us off with a warning but NO!!! had to get me done...

    • Don't even try to run it on the stock ECU if you're going to have the boost controller bring boost above ~10 psi. I've already told you that. If you use the Nistune ECU, you will need to CAREFULLY read the available documentation for Neo tuning, and read some threads on the Nistune forums, to discover the various things you have to do to prevent the ECU from going bananas when the boost is too high. The is a table associated with th boost sensor that must be modified to prevent it from shitting the bed. This is just one of the things that you will need to do to the tune in Nistune, because the Neo turbo ECU will be expecting to see a number of things (such as the TCS) that are not there, and you have to block the DTCs on those. It is totally not surprising to me that you are having the problems that you are, but the solutions to these problems have been known for >15 years. So just get it done.
    • Hi. Sry iam not a mechanic and iam not at the car atm so i dont know 100% but they told they measure those and even try to change those. AFM they have two. Coils are new a they have my old one too. Plugs too. ECU...we have 25 NEO stock and Nistune 25 NEO.   But i dont know if any one those could be the problem and why/if/what can cause this, Only thing they did not check is fuel...but that walbro 255 is new(like 1,5 years)... That fuel pressure gauge idk...but i let them know Any suggestions?   EDIT: how can they know if it is like you say he ECU pull power when it reaches a specific boost level that is too high? Tha car has boost controler
    • Can you clarify what you mean by boost cut, do you mean it misfires both when under load (driving) and when stationary and out of gear? Or does the ECU pull power when it reaches a specific boost level that is too high (boost control issue)? Does it occur at idle with no throttle? When you say "the ECU is OK", what ECU is it and why do you think it is OK? Have you used the NEO ECU, and if so do you have a MAP sensor attached? Same for the AFM, why do you think it is OK? Do you have any way to put a fuel pressure gauge on it (even just a mechanical one between the fuel filter and fuel rail)?
